When we went to our room the door was cracked open, one of the towels was wet, there was a spider in the corner of the bathroom in a web as though it had been there for a while and the shower setup was odd. Anytime you would shower the water would flood the whole bathroom so if you had to go to the bathroom you would have to wear shoes because the whole floor was wet.

You just can't beat this hotel for the value. It's not the newest or the fanciest, but it is the cheapest. We have never had a bad experience here; the bed is comfortable, it's quiet and the breakfast is pretty good. We like the swing shift clerk, Michele. There are many dining options close by. We really wouldn't stay anywhere else!

The rooms keys did not work. Every time I used the room key I would have to go back to the front desk and get it reset. Also, one other member of our party had to change rooms because of bed bugs.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Though we are having problems with our charges. We booked and paid through Expedia but were also charged by the Hotel. We tried to contact the hotel several times but no one would answer the phone. We then called Discover card and asked to have the charge taken off our bill. Then the Hotel is disputing the the removal. It's just a big hassle.

Place was near korean market and restaurants. Hotel is old, dark hallways, small area for breakfast dining and air conditioning/heater is also old. We had four night weekend stay and we had problem with their key card we always have to bring it to lobby for it to be reactivated. Such a hassle.

Great Front Desk & Responsive Staff
Good value Hotel with very responsive and helpful staff (Michel was particularly great). Restaurants nearby. Breakfast room always very clean and in order. Hotel does need deferred maintenance issues dealt with & upgrading in the rooms, clean the carpet, replace outlets & add more, fix lights over headboards & armoire, replace hooks, upgrade towels, etc. But they treat guests well!
