A fun and convenient place to stay! Our room was cute and fun, and while small, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very convenient for visiting the Disney parks, especially with the free shuttle service. The only area where we were dissatisfied was with the restaurant. We had the breakfast buffet on the first morning, but found it quite pricey, especially after our experiences of affordable dining everywhere else we visited during our stay in Japan. As there were no alternatives in the area, we ended up buying yogurt and fruit for our remaining breakfasts during our stay.

I liked this property it had great transportation options to Tokyo Disney parks. The two stores they had inside carried anything you might need. I felt safe and the room was clean, it's defiantly in the more dated side but it was not bad for the price. I took the bus to and from and it was easy to navigate. They also have airport transportation options as well.

Easy check in and out. If you get the breakfast and like coffee I’d advise against the outer restaurant. The California had a machine that made fresh coffee with breakfast, the bad was the eggs(scrambled)were barely warm so by the time you sat down they were cold. The bacon wasn’t cooked all the way. But the taste was good for what we had. They had red Tabasco available. Had a nice selection with the breakfast. The room was an economy room it had three beds but no closet. The room temperature could only be warmed not cooled and I had to get help to figure out how to open the window, which helped. Everyone was friendly on a special note the wifi was room specific but we couldn’t get it to work when asking the password was told it was on the tv but everything was in Japanese, on the day we checked out I was making sure we didn’t forget anything and opened the drawer under the tv and there the password was.

This hotel is great for anyone considering visiting Tokyo Disneyland. The room was great and offered a spectacular view of the parks (and brief nightly fireworks). The breakfast buffet had great options for American and Japanese style breakfast. There are shuttles to Disneyland, the subway, and the monorail station (but the monorail is a 10 minute walk, so that is often faster). I can’t complain about anything. This hotel is vastly superior to any off site (reasonably priced) option near WDW in Florida.

Very good location to Disneyland, good for family. A pleasant surprise that certain part of the hotel can view Mt Fuji in the morning.

The room was very small. There is no control for temperature, just a fan speed control. We booked a room for 4 adults with 4 beds. We barely all fit in the room with our luggage. The room was clean and the staff was very nice.

Great hotel location for Tokyo Disneyland (closest and cheapest partner hotel). A short walk (10ish mins) or free shuttle. We stayed in the nautical room. Cute theming, comfortable beds. Only criticism is that it was a bit dusty.

Quite a grand hotel near Tokyo Disneyland, and there are shuttle buses to and fro Tokyo Disneyland/Sea, as well as the airports. A good alternative for those who could not book the hotels within Disneyland.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ammenities included a free shuttle bus from Disneyland and to the station (3 minute bus ride), large comfortable rooms with great views and buffet breakfast. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near both Disney parks and the Maihama train station. There's plenty of shops and restaurants at Ikspiari that you wouldn't have to leave the area unless you plan to explore Tokyo. The rooms at the hotel are average but clean and comfortable enough to enjoy your stay. There is a store and disney shop located in the hotel which is a plus to grab a quick bite and do some last minute souvenir or gift shopping.

Hotel was really close to Disneyland and much more affordable than the other hotels in the area. I did not receive free Wi-Fi on my first night but had it starting from the second day. I would stay here again.

This is exactly how it looks in the photos! A narrow room and small beds but has at least the essentials and a cute atmosphere. Since the price was good I’ll likely be staying here again!
