“Fabulous”

This is a fabulous place to spend a relaxed night or weekend or week. Everything about it is peaceful and tranquil, and healthy for your mind and body. It's a fabulous place to spend a honeymoon, or just a relaxed peaceful stay with a special friend.

Area recommendations

This is a far distance from Chiang Rai. You need a driver who knows this place, or you need a car.

Getting there

Getting there is not convenient, however when you get there, you are in the mountains of northern Thailand, and it's worth the trip.

What to pack

Don't forget your swimming suit. The pool is huge, the right temperature, and fabulous. Also if you are a photographer, pack your macro lens to take plenty of close up pictures of beautiful flowers.

“この眺めを見るためなら、わざわざ行く価値がある”

公共の交通機関で行くのはかなり勇気がいりますが、ハイヤーを利用していくのであれば不安もなく、本当に行って良かったと思えるホテルです。崖に立つホテルの部屋は下界を見下ろし、遠くまで広がる緑、田園、山、そして空が近いことに驚きます。村人が下界で飼っているアヒルの群れが見れたり、のんびり池で釣りをしている人がいたり、バルコニーからの眺めは飽きません。空も夕方から夜、朝方から昼にかけて刻一刻と色が変わるので見逃すのがもったいなく、寝る暇がおしいです。夜は虫の声、朝はアヒルの声が心地よく、日本の忙しさからしばし解放され、自然の雄大さを感じます。部屋は広く、クローゼットもリビングも、バルコニーもバスルームも天井の高さも圧倒されます。バスタブは大きく、アメニティーも有名なブランドを使用しており、５つ星にふさわしいです。プールも細かい配慮があり、時々底から泡が出て美しい演出です。部屋もロビーもレストランも、図書室もアンティークのインテリアが飾ってあり、ひとつひとつみていても楽しいです。レストランはバルコニー席が心地よく、頭が空っぽになりながら、その時間を楽しめます。　冬は暖炉に火がともり、雰囲気が出るそうでハイシーズンになるそうですが、夏のローシーズンでも日本人には十分感激する要素がたくさんあります。足に自信がなければロビーと部屋の行き来に電気カートを呼ばなくてはいけませんが、散歩だと思えば手入れの行き届いた庭を散歩しながら歩くのも悪くはないでしょう。街から離れているとはいえ、このホテルを目的にチェンライに旅行するのも悪くないと思いました。団体さんには荒らされたくない素敵な個人旅行の宿として秘密にしておきたい気持ちもあります。ただし、眺めがあまりよくない部屋もあると書いてあったので、私は特別いい思いをしたのかもしれません。
