“"Great staff"”

This is a small Fairfield Inn which is very well maintained. The two staff members with whom we had direct contact were excellent. Delinda at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating and the woman who took care of the free breakfast was very congenial. I was impressed with the wonderful job she did of keeping the area immaculately clean and well stocked. We were there for only one night but these two staff members helped to make it a very pleasant experience

“Good place to stay when traveling for business”

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed having so many dining options within walking distance. It would have been nice to have a few more selections for the complimentary breakfast.

“Simple, No Frills”

This place is as good as it gets when it comes to lodging in Cheyenne. We had a friend's wedding to attend to at the air force base, so we opted on staying here. This was about 10 minutes away from the base...very convenient. The location is walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and shops, including a Walgreens next door and a shopping mall across the street. The complimentary continental breakfast downstairs was pretty good - make your own waffles, microwave, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, different cereals, fresh fruits, tea, and coffee. The service was superb - housekeeping did a wonderful job tidying our rooms everyday. The only downfall was smelling a hint of cigarette smoke in our rooms on the first day. Being an asthmatic, I was a little leery. I called front desk about it and they assured me that all the rooms are non-smoking. I bought a pocket bottle of febreeze to get rid of it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely stay here again if we're in town to visit.

“unbelieveable”

The service was exceptional,hot tub was great and the breakfast was delicious.We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived a little early they put our room together so we could check in after our long trip brought extra towels and provided directions and info on food selections and directions, SERVICE was the best ever and we can't wait to go back!

“Not impressed-will not go back.”

We came in late and had to call the hotel while still on the interstate to get directions. Night staff had no idea what exit to take and had no idea how to get us to the hotel. We spent 30 minutes driving around at 1:30 am looking for it. Air conditioning not working, lumpy bed, no soap in room. Was the room even cleaned? Not sure. Too expensive for that night's stay. Not comfortable at all.

“nice people nice place”

The employees were very friendly. The facilities were completely satisfactory. I thought the bedding could have been more comfy.
