"Probably the cleanest Crowne Plaza that I’ve checked into for business travel. Kudos to the Housekeeping team. Very comfortable bed. Just ease down on the perfume that you spray along the hallways. It’s carcinogenic."

"This hotel was great, staff was truly the best, very friendly and considerate, making sure I had what I needed at all times! Everything was great honestly, my only complaint is the pillows sucked lol…just uncomfortable but sleepable"

"The bath has only a handicap shower with two drains, one outside. the shower on floor. The floor was terribly wet after shower. I did place towels down but I almost fell whenI slipped. The bathroom floor needed a thorough cleaning. I dont think the rugs were cleaned in a while. The staff was nice."

"Had a five night reservation made months in advanced. Absolute disaster. They overbooked and understaffed and had no room for us, we were left stranded after 2 days of travel. Lobby was dirty and smelled terrible. Staff was of no help whatever, and he said we were the 15th paid reservation he had turned away that evening. Inexcusable."
