I wouldn't stay here again. The only redeeming feature was the polite waitstaff. Rooms were not cleaned daily until a reminder. Not sufficient towels, toilet paper, smelly room, refrigerator didn't function, key cards didn't work
The restaurant at the hotel needs to train its staff in a better way. No one serves water until asked although they have a lot of staff available on the floor. Also the hotel is charging a very exorbitant amount for car rentals....almost double the tariff of car rentals that other hotels charge in other metro cities.
Overall a good experience specially in Chennai where I always get disappointed either coz of cleanliness or services... Turya is an exception... Definitely everyone should try it...
This hotel was recommended by a niece who lives nearby. Turyaa exceeded our expectations. The suite was well appointed, modern, clean and the hotel was well maintained. The staff were very helpful. Can't ask for more. Great value for money.
Front staff was very rude and mannerless. No prioritisation for the Gold member of hotels.com. Wasn’t in a position to offer early checkin even 30 mins before inspite me waiting patiently for 3 hours but managed to find someone a room in 5 mins because of being friends with the hotel manager.

1. The hotel has a really nice terrace pool with a large shower area on top.
2. Wide spread of breakfast options
3. The cooling in the rooms was good

· The property is not a 5 star hotel even though they claim to be one, due to the below reasons:
1. The lighting in the breakfast restaurant is very dull and almost dark.
2. They give out toiletaries like its gold. Low quality wash gel and shampoo in the name of toiletaries. Also not enough of them. Had to ask every day for more wash gel.
3. Not enough attention to detail. We were 2 adults and a child in the room so each day we had to remind them to give us an extra towel as they would only keep 2 towels. Towels were worn out and need to be thrown and new ones ought to be purchased.
4. We werent allowed to use the pool between 5 and 6 in the evening because they had some coaching/training going on. So we went to the pool after 6 PM which apparently is the close time and hence no pool towels are handed to you which is a bit ridiculous
5. Zomato driver isint even allowed to drop the food at the reception and I had to go all the way to the gate which is absurd
Really nice hotel that is full of attentive, friendly staff. Just need to be mindful of the swimming lessons in the afternoons if you want a peaceful swim in their fantastic infinity pool
it is not well maintained room.
lavatory commode is fully stains , even I didn't see in 2 star hotels also
Bathroom marbles have main stains and looking so dirty
Carpet at bed is so dirty and full of stains
Refrigerator is in very bad position (drain water leakage) and fridge shelfs are not cleaned .
Surprised , no hair dryer and chappal's in 5 star hotel
They confirmed a day before if the booking was valid, yet did not have the basic room category. Got me happy saying they were upgrading. Later did I know the carpet in the seating area was stained, the lamp wouldn’t work - complained and no one came for over a day, the bed was perfect for a backache since the mattress was ruined at more than 3/4 places. The bathroom Was not very clean either.
Breakfast was sure good and the staff was friendly and helpful
Mediocre hotel slightly run down in need of a renovation. 5 star is basically misleading if you're a western citizen. Staff is not helpful (typical pointless Indian beaurocracy)
Still better than a lot of the cheaper "hotels" in the area...
It was ok, the disappointing part is the overpromising as a fancy 5 star hotel.
The service was very good, the staff were very efficient and friendly. But the room and the washroom had this terrible stench. The sheets didnt feel clean either.
Check in process is too lengthy and have to spend almost 30 minutes, too many paper work and Questions which delayed the check in . The rooms actually had a bad odour. A room spray could have been better. Rooms doesn’t have AC control remote . Except water everything you consume in room is Chargeable. It’s overall a very bad experience and had to checkout in 3 hrs.
I have stayed at the Turyaa a number of times now and the staff are really very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very good and the food is to a very high standard. I will be staying again during my next work trip.
Went with low expectation, my stay turned out to be very good. Breakfast buffet was very good, staff were warm and welcoming.
