“I would stay again”

The beds were out of this world comfort.Beutiful view of city and perfect location to do anything downtown. I would stay there again.

“Perfect!!!!”

Great hotel. My husband and I stayed there for our one year annivarsary and all we did was add a little note on the reservation that it was our annivarsary and when we got to our room they had chocolate covered strawberrys and a bottle of champagne for us all complimentary of the hotel. That made our night so sweet!!!

“Great Location”

A minor complaint that I had was that the maid failed to replace the coffee that we used on our first morning there so that we had none for the second morning. The location is within walking distances of many of Charlotte's great downtown attractions and is nicely appointed.

This is an outstanding hotel in the middle of a clean and great city to visit. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very satisfied with the service and most of all the kindness of the hotel staff and the overall people every single palce we went.. Would highly consider going on vacation to see more of North Carolina..

Fantastic hotel. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff was wonderful from the bell man that brought up our things to the front desk staff to the valets all were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Great view and the bed was so comfortable. Just a great experience all the way around!

“Nice Stay”

Very nice stay. Other than the dog that was barking all night in the adjourning room (of which the hotel manager called us personally once the issue was resolved) we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Staff was very pleasant, room very comfortable, if a little small... Bath amenities were top-notch, and shower was wonderful! Great location in the heart of Uptown Charlotte... Only negative, I resent having to pay for internet service at such a pricey hotel.

Wonderful location, very clean, friendly staff, & extremely accommodating. We'll be staying here again on our frequent trips to the Queen City! I highly recommend the Omni in Charlotte!
