“CHARLESTON CITY OF FRIENDLY HOTEL STAFF”

STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL/SHOWERS AND BATHROOMS WERE EXTREMELY CLEAN/THE LADY IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM WAS VERY HELPFUL/ 5 MIN DRIVE TO PATRIOTS POINT/FIRST TIME IN CHARLESTO SINCE 1975/I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN I VISIT CHARLESTON NEXT TIME!! THANK YOU!! WISH EVERY ONE IN THE HOTELS WERE AS NICE AS YOU GUYS!!

“Wonderful room for the price!”

Only two complaints which we didn't bother to give to the front desk were that the cold water in the sink wasn't cold -- it was WARM. The other was that no wake-up call came which we had requested. We both woke up early anyhow, but the service wasn't given. Otherwise, it was a delightful, quiet stay.

“You Won't Be Disappointed!”

We booked Sleep Inn Mt Pleasant because it accepted pets. As it was inexpensive, we were not prepared for this little gem. The hotel is lovely, both inside and out (not a concrete box), and is snuggled in a beautifully landscaped tree-draped nook. The room was, well, ROOMY and well-appointed with larger-than-expected working area and free WiFi. The bed was soooooo comfortable! Other than a tiny bit of mold stain (NOT active mold) in a bit of grout at the base of the shower, it was spotless. In this room, there was no bath tub, but the shower was oversized. (Note to families: the pool area is very well-kept but small, which didn't matter to us.) The hot and cold continental breakfast was much more extensive than other budget hotels and was constantly refreshed. The icing on this cake was that every member of the staff was friendly and eager to make this the best hotel stay of our lives. We'll be back!!!

“Enjoyed and will plan to stay again”

Our stay was during move-in week for College of Charleston. We very much enjoyed the hotel and staff was outstanding. Breakfast was excellent as well.

“Very nice”

Hotel was very nice. Could have easily seen myself paying more at a "nicer hotel" and not getting anything better than this place. Very pleased and will be staying there again.

“"Would Choose to Stay there again"”

Great Location, excellent staff who are very knowledgable about the local area, and who show a willingness to make your stay enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Coffee was excellent. I observed no negative issues with any other of the guest. Everyone seemed satisfied and content. We would choose to stay there again whenever in that area.
