Property was great. Shower beds even breakfast was great. Only area I’d encourage improvement was with staff. Not very professional and seemed annoyed when we had to ask for anything.

Can’t complain about anything. For being a pet friendly hotel and not a pet owner, I always worry I will smell wet dog or find hair all over the room. That was not the case, they try very hard to keep rooms open for guess not travelling with pets. The staff are very friendly had a wonderful check in experience. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful and the gal working the breakfast is awesome! Would stay here again!

The hotel is absolutely clean and pretty with a great breakfast spread. There are many close food optionsm the only downsides are it is really close to like a refinery or chemical processing plant and there is no pool.

I had a job down in Charleston that just required a one day stay but let me tell you this hotel is super nice! Probably one of the best affordable hotels I’ve stayed in a while. The rooms are super clean, WiFi was fast, excellent free breakfast option. 10/10 in my book! Will book here again if I’m down this way! Thanks for getting me checked in a little earlier due to the snow storm!

Check in lady was friendly and helpful. She made sure that our small kitten was welcome. Her recommendation for dining was very good and within walking distance.

The staff was very nice at check in and recommended restaurants that were open being that it was Christmas and not a lot of places were open. The room was a very nice size and clean. My husband liked the big TV in the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Rooms and Facility - Very good. Parking - limited, didnt have enough parking. We checked in late and was difficult to get parking. Staff - very good. Cleanliness- very good. Cons: Got a room facing road, lot of road noise and had difficulty sleeping. AC/ Heater made lot of noise. Food- not great.

Older property in a run down area. I wish I would have read more reviews to see if there was one about the freakin that is right behind the hotel. Our room didn’t have soap and had a window with a cracked seal. Too expensive for location and how run down it is.

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. We stayed with our little Bichon dog and there were spaces outside to walk her. Well stay here again.

We have been on a road trip and stayed in several different hotels, this was by far the best room layout - separate seating are, microwave/coffee/refrigerator area, plenty of luggage space, lots of bathroom vanity space. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
