"Start to finish, our stay was perfect. Location, room, facilities, food and team members…amazing. Location: Amazing grounds, where we watched deer. Room: Huge and comfy. Radiator a little noisy, but tiny thing. Pool/leisure centre spotless! Food: we had dinner, b&b…and didn’t expect a deal to have same menu as restaurant…but it was and amazing. Buffett evening meal with lots of choice/variety..even for me who is a fussy veggie. Breakfast the same high quality. Every single team member we spoke with were professional, polite and friendly. They cannot do enough. All in all a great stay, only area for improvement is mostly out of the resorts control. Drunk golfers swearing and staggering around the bars/restaurant. Family’s and kids really don’t need to hear it…and there should be security in place to keep them in check. Hopefully that was a one time thing, as the place is amazing. "

"This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Regency for a business trip. This time around we booked it last minute as our original hotel in Coleshill was awful and we had enjoyed our previous stay here. There is plenty of parking on site, they've added more electric car ports since the last time, even though we don't have one it's good to see. The staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds, fresh towels and decent sized TV. The attached bar and restaraunt is fantastic, a little pricey but expected from a hotel bar and restaraunt. The food however is amazing so it definitely felt worth the price again with friendly staff."

"Had a twin room and staying with a friend. Good size. Comfy beds, and decent shower. Breakfast is cheap and cheerful, although nothing fancy. Arden is competively priced for staying on site at UK Games Expo at NEC, and a new pedestrian access along the main road the hotel entrance is on means you can be at the resort restaurants in under five minutes. They've built more parking out front which is handy. Shame they charge you an "early parking charge" if you arrive before the 2pm check-in. And early check in option would be nice."

"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. When I arrived I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed with sensory things and I was bombarded with so much info all at once. When I explained to the receptionist I had ADHD and struggles with information all at once and she still continued being really fast. So I panicked quite a bit about where to go and what to do. It would be nice to have someone actually show me what to do rather than tell me. "
