We have some "neat" rooms. Trying to make some unique furniture, so chairs are in most rooms except a few.

We apoligize for your bad experience. The manager was obviously trying to keep the grounds safe and unfortunately your room was mistaken for one he thought might have been ignoring our policies. Feel free to ask for your best room next time, for the same discounted price.

Sorry for your experience. This weekend had been booked full since May, so we were having problems with the Online Travel Agency. The manager on duty had filled all rooms and wasn't so attentive to the call.

Nick. im sorry you didnt have a good experience while staying with us. i see theres a misunderstanding here and id like to clear this up with you. the room you booked online was a 'traditional king' room of which we have 2 of and were both occupied days before your arrival. i apologized for that and put you in a room with 2 queen beds and you were fine with that. the issuse is we do not have any "king suite(s)" we have 1 suite with 3 queen beds, kitchenette, fireplace, etc. that room rents at 187.99 per night. the traditional king room goes from 79 to95 dollars per night depending on what day and how the resevation was made. we do appreciate your business and feedback and again sorry for the confusion. we'd like to change your experience with us sometime. stay with us again sometime and i personally guarantee you a memorable experience. contact us directly ask for Richard and give us first name, date of orriginal reservation 10/8/21 and visit us again. thanks -richard

Thanks for your feedback! I am not sure which room you were in, or what your consider worn down, so more info will help. We are 1/3 of the way updating rooms, so by spring time, we will have a more updated "feel"

We are sorry your stay wasn't pleasant. WE are slowly making our way around the motel updating rooms. For the most part most peoples stays are pleasant. If you come again, we will give you our nicest updated room for free. Thanks for your feedback!

Thanks for the awesome review and kind words. We are working every day to remodel more rooms. We love the fact that memories are being made in an old motel!

Ice is available upon request.....Some people love the beds on different sides of the bathroom for privacy. In the future we will have the rooms better described online so people can pick which type of room they like. The smell was no doubt the A/C units which we will of course clean soon.
