"A very enjoyable family holiday, the house is very rustic and well inhabited but exhudes family homeliness. We especially enjoyed the outdoor activities, swimming, croquet, pétanque, table tennis, tennis, cycling. All the outdoor activities only added further to the enjoyment of our stay."

"We had a wonderful two weeks at this fantastic property as a group of 12 (2, grandparents, 4 parents & 6 kids ages 3-12). From the moment we arrived and we’re greeted by the very friendly and helpful Florence, it was relaxing and stress free. The kitchen was kitted out to the highest standard of any property we’ve ever stayed in with plenty crockery and large pans for a big group. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the kids as was the pétanque and the garden space...

"Lovely restored farmhouse building - well set up and essentially is a home from home. Bedrooms all very comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Maybe the pool area could do with a little TLC but all enjoyed our time around the pool in the hot weather. Support from owner and local contact were very good whilst at the property to sort out any issues/questions we had. House is in a rural location but only a short 10 minute drive to the town of Loches which is fantastic."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garth and Liz’s wonderful place. We were a family reunion of eight adults and six children, and everyone loved the house, the grounds, the jacuzzi, and exploring the surrounding countryside. Garth and Liz were exemplary hosts - great at communicating, on site in case anything was needed, but totally out of the way. The house felt like it was ours alone. Would definitely book again!"

"This rental is good for those who need or want a peaceful getaway. The kitchen is a large room and has a full-sized refrigerator with freezer compartment. It has room in the center for a picnic table and benches for breakfast, plus there is a separate dining room. There are three nice bedrooms and one bath upstairs, but the bedroom and bath (shower room) downstairs have surprising omissions. The tiny shower room with sink (the toilet is in a separate compartment) has no mirror and no electric...
