"When we first got to room, the bed was not made, maintenance guy walked in behind us to fix tv, and the a/c sounded like a locomotive. After complaining about it, we were placed in a remodeled room. After asking 4 times with delays and the housekeeping ladies letting us know not to let the desk personnel assign us to the 3rd or 4th floor, we got out room. Mostly clean. "
