Hi there! I'm saddened to see that your review doesn't reflect positively of your stay based on the fact that you did not communicate any of these issues to me. I'm actually quite puzzled to hear that you had any issues at all, as we weren't made aware of these throughout the duration of your lengthy stay. I wish you would have communicated to me during your stay as it would have given me the opportunity to do my best to ameliorate any issues. I'm unsure as to your reasoning for the doorknob and carpet needing replacement. They were both installed recently and the carpet is professionally cleaned and sanitized frequently.
