This 2 bedroom condo has more than meets the eye, there is a pool and gym located on site and the onsite staff/security are very friendly should you need anything. "If you are an American and this is your first time at PH, this is a great place to start. American enough to feel comfortable, but easy to get around Cebu. The place is very well decorated and very clean. They even have cleaning supplies under the counter if needed. Cannot wait to visit again."

Door & walls were in shoddy state, aircon was dirty & barely worked, location is not good & Christian religious pictures & bible verses everywhere, including even in the bathroom. bible on the table & Christian channel on the TV. "The facility was not like it was portrayed on the internet. I am not tall, only 5' 7" and I couldn't sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall and still not sitting on the floor. There was no A/C in the main Living room, dining room kitchen combination! "
