Long Bank Holiday Break
Property was lovely - clean, airy and spacious. Location was great and views were amazing from the large terrace. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were caught up in the air traffic control problems and had to extend our stay - even though we were unable to stay at the property due to another booking, Kathryn and John went out of their way trying to help us sort out new accommodation and also arranged a last minute late check out so we could continue to have internet access. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would definitely visit again. Thanks for everything Jane

Our second visit to this apartment - always a risk in case it doesn’t live up to expectations but it was again a wonderful holiday. It is the perfect place for a family holiday - clean, spacious, apartment is really lovely, has everything you need - both pools are beautifully maintained, plenty of sunbeds. Location is great - walking distance of restaurants, bars and supermarkets - i would not stay anywhere else visiting La Manga Club. Thank you !

From start to finish absolutely first class. Great location, large penthouse apartment, clean, tidy & I will definitely rent this again. I have stayed at Los Olivos before & the complex is amazing, but these pool, sea & mountain views with the sun all day on the balcony was exceptional. Thanks for making my 50th so speacial during this COVID era. 👌

Great stay
We have been staying at La Manga club for many years , and this was the best apartment yet ! We really enjoyed the stunning view and made use of the hammocks . We were so close to all the restaurants , tennis and the supermarket , all in walking distance. It was great to have an outdoor pool and the indoor one just over the road although it was a little disappointing not to have access to the gym shown in the photos when we booked. The three terraces were a huge bonus as you could always find the sun , as we were very lucky to have a hot sunny week in October ! A very well equipped and comfortable apartment with comfortable beds and large bathrooms ! Would definitely come back . Thanks

Very nice apartment
Was just as described and had everything we needed for our summer break. We took advantage of the table tennis and pools to spend some of the day, and imagine the indoor pool would be lovely for colder days. Nice views on the big terrace. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and even more a bit further out. Booking was easy and the owners were very helpful supplying extra detail to help us plan.

We arrived just after storms, so we was pleasently surprised with condition in resort and property. We did take time to find, as sat nav took us to otherside resort. Penthouse beautiful, everything you needed. Would certainly stay again and will recommend to others.

Perfect family holiday
The apartment was perfect for us - spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, lovely terrace and views and so central to restaurants, par 47 and tennis centre. Two great sized outdoor pools and one indoor and plenty of sun beds not cramped together. We all loved it including 3 teenagers - already thinking how soon we can return!

Fabulous apartment and location!
This apartment is ideally located within the La Manga Club to have easy (walking) access to the pool, tennis courts, many bars, shops and restaurants. The view from the main balcony is wonderful - a great place to sit and take in the scenery over a coffee (or something a little stronger!); having one balcony at the front and two at the rear, you're always guaranteed to find a sunny spot. Ample car parking is available right next to the building. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to help towards making a very pleasurable holiday. Kathy and the management team were all very approachable, helpful and quick in answering any questions we had.

Very spacious apartment with magnificent views. Great location for the tennis club
The property is in a Great location especially for the tennis club. The views are stunning. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Ideal for 2/3 couples to share. There are 3 balconies so plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views especially from the front balcony overlooking La Manga Strip in the distance. We are definitely going to book this apartment again.

Central to restaurants and activities, the apartment was clean, bright and perfect for our one weeks stay at La Manga. Would recommend for families as very close to central communal pool that is supervised daily by life guards. Apartment is great for relaxed evenings on the balcony overlooking La Manga strip or for a base for exploring.

Wonderfully spacious with a large balcony with a wonderful view.
We loved this apartment last year and returned again this year. Los Olivos is so central to the facilities at La Manga club, being very close to the tennis centre, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The apartment overlooks the lovely pool and there's a wonderful view of La Manga strip and sea in the distance. The apartment is very spacious and the three bedrooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. It is useful to have two bathrooms too. There are two balconies, one at the front and one at the back, so you can catch the sun all day, wherever it is shining. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Los Olivos 24P for a fab holiday again.

Great location ends there?
Really disappointed on arrival no indication of access to property apartment was extremely filthy even the management company admitted failings in the cleanliness. Owner couldn't accept criticism accused us of being rude and intimidating which wasn't so, suggested we move out which we did. Have photographs and correspondence indicating the true conditioning of the property. Spoilt our holiday could have been avoided if owner was prepared to clean property.

I take criticism very seriously. My holiday renters want to enjoy their experience in my property and La Manga Club. This renter whilst complaining and bullying my management company was busy complaining to a Scottish hotel at the same time. By day 8, my management who are professional and have worked with the apartment and other properties on the club for many years had to put their hands up. They didn't know what else to do. He suggested a full refund but still prepared to stay. Thankfully this renter is a one off, the majority of my holiday makers love the place and return. Email from management : He is threatening to put the photos on your website and a bad review but that's bullying and this is the only way to deal with them!!! "All the photos are zoomed in very close to make it look worse and areas where there is rust like under the old fridge etc." He even complained about the bird poo on the loungers and the noise of the builders, I have a list if you need it? Anybody wish to see the full correspondence I'm happy to oblige.

Fabulous and very spacious penthouse, pool, location and complex
Wonderful holiday, the penthouse is incredible, so much space, 3 balconies, 3 fab bedrooms perfect for families or 3 couples, 2 bathrooms and all the facilities you could need. I just wish I'd booked a longer break now! It has access to 3 pools (1indoor) and you also have a magnificent view of the pool and the complex from your largest balcony, perfect for a few evening drinks or BBQ. Safe to say we will be returning soon! Thanks again Kathryn! Xxx

Stayed in La Manga regularly - love the Los Olivos Penthouses. Just a fantastic location close to the shops but far enough away to enjoy a spectacular view from the generous terrace with a cool one. Great holiday - will be back!

Please don't let this review put you off. Rental properties are subjected to wear & tear which is why we have replaced major items. We have 30+ renters yearly as the property is so desirable. New Leather sofa's, outdoor furniture, linen, towels, & a brand new bedroom upstairs had just been purchased before this review arrived.......We always update and replace furniture at the start of the season. Please see management's reply I am totally surprised and disappointed to see this as they never said a word to us during their stay? As you know we leave a welcome letter inviting them to contact us if they are not happy with the cleaning so we can put it right but we heard nothing. I have attached a copy and confirm we do this as we care about the cleaning and making the renters happy but especially so you don't get bad reviews like this. If I remember, this is the chap who was very rude to Les when he called to change the Ariel on the wifi saying he didn't know anything about it even though we had been emailed beforehand? He was also the one who demanded I wash his towels mid stay if you remember and was also very rude to me on the phone? Please let me know if you would like me to also email him and I think he has been very unfair not to tell us while here so we could put it right? Bra läge för golfare med La Mangas tre banor runt hörnet. Boendet var dock ganska ofräscht, smutsigt på golven och i köket. Massor av hår i badrummen. Det fanns inga städartiklar. Köksutrustningen behöver uppdateras. Ganska dålig kvalitet på sängarna. Bra terasser med fin utsikt!
