Padel coaching break
Overall a great break in a pleasant villa. The Los Molinos location suited us as it was quiet - especially as it was low season (early March) and walkable to restaurants and the tennis centre - although we were pleased to have a hire car for shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed having the upper terrace to sit out during the sunny middle part of the day. March weather was lovely during the day but quite cool in the early mornings (OK for Padel coaching though) and in the evenings. Two pointers for areas that could be improved: 1) Some updating of the villa facilities would be welcomed to give the place a more upmarket feel - such as replacement of worn/broken terrace furniture and new linens/towels. Also new sets of matching wine/beer/cava glasses would be nice. Plus one heated towel rail was not working during our stay. 2) Finding ones way to the villa first time is not easy for a newcomer to the maze that is La Manga Club. It would be helpful to supply some directions and a photo of the Los Molinos layout board. Our only other minor concern was that some previous occupants had left rather grubby cutlery and plates in the cupboards - so perhaps the cleaning company could be requested to keep a better check on this in future.

Great stay
We had a great stay in La Manga. The villa was perfect for a 3 week stay, it had everything we needed and we even managed to use the sun terrace! It was perfectly located for everything the resort had to offer. Pre stay communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great villa, central location
Great villa in a great location, within easy walking distance off most of the facilities. Paul the property owner was very good and quick to respond to any questions. Lots of welcome goodies which makes life easy when you arrive. The villa has everything you need and works well as a place to stay. Considering how hilly Los Molinas is the villa is located in a reasonable flat area close to the car park and swimming pool. Close to good places to eat We would stay there again.

Amazing
The property was beautiful, modern and clean but still with all of the nice touches that the Spanish villas bring. The balcony and terrace were a big hit to enjoy sitting out for breakfast or an evening meal. Great location for the pool and rest of the club. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. The host was so helpful making check in process really smooth. Would love to return one day soon!

Excellent location love la Manga. Property needs front door looking at a new kettle and a basic welcome pack for potential late arrival an absolute must. That said thoroughly loved our stay and wow shower 5’ stars would deffo stay again.

Fantastic apartment, would recommend
The apartment was exactly as per the advert. It was spotless and the check in process was a breeze. Communication from the owners was brilliant and they were able to provide a high chair and travel cot for us which was a big help. We’d happily recommend this apartment.

Had an amazing stay. Excellent communication with the property's owner and management company. The location of the villa to the pool was a short walk and the view from the terraces were fabulous, especially at night you could see the lights of La Manga. Everything described in the property's listing was 100%. Just like home from home. Would highly recommend this property.

Ideal Villa
Great villa ideal for a short or long stay. Located about 10 minutes walk from, I would say the centre, i.e. the main pubs and restaurants. Pool about a 2 minute walk away. Fan's and air con throughout, roof top terrace had seating and cushions if you're brave enough to seat up there. Great communication with host before and during stay.

The property offered a good base for exploring the La Manga area, good level of equipment provided in the kitchen. Heating available for cool winter nights. Easy access to car parking area. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Fab villa, great location, super host
We had everything we needed for our stay at half-term. well equipped, good size villa and value for money. Los Molinos is a lovely location. Great views and quiet neighborhood. We loved the BBQ and the terrace. Paul gave us good tips and communicated well.

Property was accurately described in the listing and did not disappoint. The villa is in an excellent elevated position on the resort with stunning views and close to Bellaluz village with its handy shop , bars and restaurants . It's also within walking distance of th tennis centre. The owner was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was well equipped . I had to contact the management company to find out about taxis to the airport and a.so report the hairdryer and they were not particularly qui k to respond and never did do anything about the hairdryer during my stay . Excellent holiday , beautifully pool 2 mins away with a bar open for coffee and light snacks .I would thoroughly recommend this villa to family and friends.

A lovely break
We had 5 nights here. A lovely villa and very helpful to have the welcome pack on arrival. We hired a car and not having driven in Europe for quite a while reaching the villa was fairly straightforward. We ate in a few of the restaurants. Being March meant that lots of places were closed but we ate at Dante’s, La Barra and El Bistro. Not at all busy as we were out of season. Lots of sunshine although too cold to try the pool!

Fantastic holiday, fabulous villa and great location!
My family and I stayed in Paul and Lea's villa for 3 weeks in July. We had the most fantastic holiday. The villa is in a wonderful location with lots to do to keep the kids occupied - tennis, soccer, cycling and of course the great pool which is located close to the villa. The villa was perfect for our family of 5. It has great storage and all furnishings you need to have a very relaxing, comfortable stay. My favourite has to be the roof terrace which gets the sun all day - great to wind down in the evening with a glass of wine! The sun terrace leading out from the living area is also fabulous and also got a lot of use! From the moment we booked Paul and Lea were in regular contact providing information on activities within La Manga, restaurant recommendations, beaches and much more. As this was our first visit to La Manga Paul's information was a fantastic guide and we visited many of the restaurants, beaches etc that he recommended - all were amazing! I also have to mention the Los Molinos pool bar which is amaxing - food and staff 5 star! I cannot thank Paul and Lea enough for the use of their villa and also for their fantastic recommendations. We will definetely be visiting again!!

Lovely Villa - Great Location
We stayed at the villa as a couple in March for just over a week and really enjoyed our stay. We found the location perfect with easy access to everything the resort has to offer. La Manga is a stunning resort the facilities of which are first class. The villa was immaculately clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated and all of the appliances and Wi-fi worked perfectly. As we stayed out of season the additional heating in the bathrooms was a huge bonus. Many thanks Paul for all your help in providing the information required for a lovely holiday.

Very homely and great location for the Tennis
Nice cosy villa - enjoyed stay. Roof terrace great for sun and nice and close to community pool. Quite a hilly area for those with difficulty walking but this Villa only short walk from car park. Good location for Tennis as about 5 minute drive from Tennis centre. Great value and would have been 5 stars if beds/mattresses were a bit more back friendly!

Toller Urlaub
Wir waren 10 Tage dort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für einen Familienurlaub super. 1 Minute zum Pool. Die einzigen Minuspunkte, es gibt keine Spülmaschine und die Klimaanlage kann leider nicht betrieben werden, da diese sehr stark riecht. Alles im Allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und die Unterkunft ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Séjour très reposant
Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans la superbe villa de Paul moderne et bien entretenue qui ont été très reposantes. Le cadre est magnifique, noys n'avons manqué de rien au sein du resort : piscine, restaurants, commerces,... Tout est fait pour que nous passons un agréable séjour. Une mention spéciale pour Paul qui a été très très bienveillant avec nous et s'est rendu disponible à tous moments surtout que ma crise sanitaire aurait pu compromettre notre séjour ! Amazing place
Paul's place at La Manga Club is perfect. It is just as seen in the pictures. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Two nice terraces full of sunshine. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrroms. It is just a 2 minute walk from the community pool which is great. Communication with Paul was very smooth and fast from the very beginning and his recommendations were perfect as well. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful villa and neighbourhood
Paul was very agile in all the booking process and also very kind. The villa is very beautiful and in a wonderful neighbourhood. It is like a typical village. The villa is partially reformed and very clean. There was a problem of intense smell of humidity in walls, ceilings and furniture, specially in the bottom floor. Paul got noticed after our departure and so I expect it would be solved for next stays.

Lovely villa, nicely situated
We spent a lovely 9 days at Paul's villa in Los Molinos. It is very well kept and nicely situated within the La Manga Community. The heated community pool at Los Molinos is within easy walking distance. Paul is a perfect host and we even had a "Welcome Pack" when moving into the villa. Very recommendable.
