This property has had issues with customer service, cleanliness in the rooms, bathtubs and toilets backing up, and elevator issues since changes were made in management/ownership. Our family has been visiting the area to see our family every other month since April of 2023, and we notice the decline in all aspects of service slowly starting in August 2023.

Clean property & comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast items as well. The bathroom could use a deeper cleaning & the front desk clerk could have been more accommodating for price matching the online offer.

Room wasn't as clean as it should have been, but staff was very friendly and apologized for the mistakes, I was disappointed the hot tub was broken but the kids loved the pool, we will be staying with them again!

The beds were very comfortable. It was a convenient location, easy to get to off the highway. Also has shopping and food very close by. The indoor pool was not heated. It was cold. The hot tub was not in operation. I was really looking forward to a nice relaxing soak after a long day of driving. The elevator was scary! We could not control the temp in the room.

Problem Solvers!
I had an issue with my tax exempt status for work. Its always such a headache traveling and figuring that out. The front desk staff helped me out and gave awesome service. Very comfortable during my stay.

The clerk needs to explain where the vending machines are, explain the breakfast and where it is served. Also provide literature for restaurants amend things to do in the town.

I did not like that the elevator was out of service, and no one said anything, and they still had the 3rd floor room listed. I am 68 years old and had to carry my stuff up three floors. I told the front desk that I wanted to cancel and rebook somewhere else and was told I could go ahead but I was going to have to go deal with Expedia. I made my reservations through Travelocity, next time I will call before I book any rooms I was very disappointed

Not a bad facility. The biggest complaint was that the deadbolt would not latch on the room door and the elevator was not working properly the entire weekend.

The stay was comfortable for three of us adults. The hot tub was not working which was frustrating because it's advertised as part of the stay and we needed the extra relief after the long travel.

I checked in and the room I was given the carpet was sticky and the tub was dirty. I asked to be placed in a different room and was given the one next door which had not been serviced. There were towels on the bathroom floor, and across the toilet-sand/dirt all over the entryway, used chewing tobacco at the end of the bed, and the bed was unmade. I took a video, showers the front desk and requested a 3rd room. That room was clean. Elevator floor slammed every time it raised or lowered, and felt like it was a gamble every time we got on it. Workers said it was inspected and nothing wrong.

We booked this hotel for a quick overnight trip as we trekked from Colorado to Ohio. Really nice location right off of the freeway. We got in late, so it was nice to have the nearby Dennys open for a late dinner. No issues with our room. Elevator was being worked on the following day, but we were made aware upfront and it wasn’t an issue for us. My biggest compliment, though, is for the breakfast. Most hotel breakfasts are just sort of “meh”. The options were standard (eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy) and some other grab and go items, but the quality of the food was much better than most hotels. It was actually good and not just passable. Would stay here again:-)

This was our second stay at the property. Overall a nice recurring experience. Our queen room was spacious for the family. As usual, morning breakfast options are ample with hot omelet/scrambled eggs and some meat option. Warm serving of breakfast makes is super nice with pancakes, cinna buns, coffee and drinks fountain. Fresh fruits were gone too soon. The management can think of replenishing the supply to last thru the breakfast hours. I recommend for family or work stay. Quiet and safe env.
