something incredible happened, we went to breakfast and when we came back, they went into the room and took ALL the towels, therefore, we were not able to wash our hands, let alone take a shower. I have NEVER experienced this, anywhere in the world! we checked out without taking a shower, because it was our last day. I have to say, the hotel is ok, though! and in a good location.

Solid Choice
This is an older Caracas hotel with an Art Deco style lobby. Parts of the hotel newly renovated. Very clean, modern bathroom. Friendly staff. Internet sometimes slow. Some street noise. Close to the Metro.

Very safe, environment safe , hotel safe, great breakfast , friendly customer safety, ask for Alfredo at front desk, he speaks Spanish a d English he is very friendly.

Super nice hotel, in a safe area. very modern!

Nice business stay overall . Rooms and bedding are comfortable and the area is one Of the safest in Caracas. Breakfast is so so but enough. On the downside Wifi signal is poor and one Of the two elevators available didnt work all week

Great Deal at Great Price
This hotel has been renovated and provides the same great services that any other five star hotel would. The difference is the location and the security devices installed around the hotel. Video cameras on each floor, front desk security, swipe card doors, and a safety box in each room make the hotel feel safer. I would recommend to anyone staying at this hotel to check the sheets and make sure they satisfy your comfort. I had to replace the sheets before sleeping in them. Other than that, for the price this is a very sound choice.

If you pay 100$ or less is a great deal, if you pay in BVF dont go is way too expencive BVF 4000 or higher.. Excellent location and nice place.

-schade konnte nur der chef englisch -aber trotz dem gaben sie sich alle mühe, sehr hilfsbereit -baustelle beim pool fand ich nicht so toll (maler arbeiten) -zimmer sehr gross, sauber (super reinigungs personal!!!) alles in allem ein super hotel! würde ich jeder zeit wieder gehen und liegt in einer sicheren gegend was in caracas schwierig ist da man sonst überall sehr aufpassen muss nicht ausgeraubt zu werden!!!

Bien ubicado, muy espaciosa la habitación
El hotel es bueno, la habitación es muy amplia y es fácil acceder a pie a restaurantes de cadena y cafeterias como Miga's. Lo único es que no dejan subir a invitados a la habitación para reuniones de trabajo, aun habiendo sala en la habitación. Tuve que tener la reunión en el pequeño lobby del hotel. Desayuno generoso. Muy buena la cama!

A pesar de ser un hotel que se ve agradable la atención a sus clientes no es como uno espera éramos una familia de cuatro hospedados dejaban 2 toallas, cero toallas de mano, por mas que uno solicitaba demoraban mas de dos horas en alcanzarte. Y útiles de aseo limitados.

Buen hotel.
HOtel en refacciones, sin servicio de cena y faltante de perchas en el placard. Solicitadas y nunca aparecieron. Resto bien,buena zona y personal atento y calificado. Recomendable.

Desastre . ustedes de la pagina hoteles.com debitaton de mi tarjeta de credito . me enviaron un localizador . por sms y por correo electrónico . al llegar a la recepcion del hotel , para el "check in " ellos no tenían noticia alguna de la reservación . no sabían nada y yo quede a la deriva en Caracas . ellos se "lavaron " las manos . deseo saber ahora como logro la devolución de mi dinero . por lo cual agradecería que se comunicaran conmigo . o me indicaran como puedo hacerlos con ustedes.

Buen hotel
Me fue muy bien, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, con fácil acceso a transporte, restaurantes, salones de belleza,el hotel está en remodelación una parte, pero en general está muy lindo, muy moderno, las habitaciones me gustaron mucho, amplias, modernas, muy limpias, el precio está bien aunque no incluye desayuno.

Bien a pesar de lo ruidos del hotel. Estaban en obras, eso es temporal. Los grandes ventanales están mal y no cierran por lo que los ruidos llegan claramente.En la 205 el agua caliente está en el grifo de la derecha! El sitema de limpieza y entrega de toallas no he llegado a comprenderlo. T molestan a cada rato.

Muy buen hotel
El hotel está muy cerca de casi todo lo que necesita un viajero: transporte publico, restaurantes, centros comerciales, salas de cine, supermercados, farmacias, etc. La zona es segura y silenciosa por la noche por lo que se puede descansar sin problemas. Aún cuando el hotel está en remodelación, las habitaciones y el lobby están muy bien (limpios y ordenados). El personal en general es amable y con una muy buena actitud para brindar servicio e información. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda, todos los servicios funcionaron sin problemas, lo único que nos pertubó fue la presencia de algunos mosquitos (nada grave, considerando que es temporada de lluvias en Venezuela). Definitivamente volvería a este hotel.
