Rooms are not as portrayed and the standard “deluxe” rooms are a complete joke. It’s a prison cell and not suitable for a baby. Nothing deluxe about any of it and overpriced for the room. They absolutely will not accommodate a refund or partial refund even when we could not stay there due to issues with baby. A complete joke and nothing luxury or relaxing about this hotel. Found many other places 100 percent better for less and much more luxurious.

Had a most relaxing stay, home from home. Their food was delicious. The trout burger is one of the most delicious dishes I have ever eaten. The staff was a delight. Will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful located hotel, stunning views.
Beautiful hotel, walking distance to restaurants. Wonderful views. Street parking. Electricity went out after 22h00 (not loadshedding related). No one informed us about the problem until we went for breakfast where an apology was made. When we checked out, electricity was still off. Cold shower. No back up lighting in the rooms. I felt unsafe, not knowing what the problem was and not being kept informed.

Staff are super friendly and professional. The place is clean and offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Sits directly on the beach with lovely views. Definitely recommend.

Es waren die letzten Tage unseres Urlaubs und wir wollten mal ein Hotel testen (wir bevorzugen Guesthouse) Alle habe sich bemüht doch es fehlt an Herzblut in diesem Hotel. Sauberkeit war sehr Enttäuschent. Überall schwarze Haare, Bett, Badezimmer. Frühstück war naja. Die Bilder online sehen mega aus, doch am Ort ist es nicht autthentisch, alles viel kleiner. Für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet.

Schitterend hotel met mooiste uitzichten
Dot is een fantastisch hotel met je voeten in de oceaan, mooiste zicht op de Tafelberg en Robbeneiland! Personeel is heel gastvrij en attent! Ruime kamers waarvan verschillende met zicht op de oceaan! Hotel is op 25min van centrum Cape Town.
