Yearly winter get away
Our family loved our break from reality. We went out on the boat everyday and saw dolphins!! Swam in the pool late into the night. Would definitely return.

We have only rave reviews for Villa Nobilis. We had five seniors in our group and loved having en suite accommodations for both couples, one single, and another wing of the house to spare. House is huge--five bedrooms, five baths, large great room. Great spa/pool, TV system, and location in Cape Coral. Our favorite VRBO experience, and we've had many.

Beautiful house in a well manicured neighborhood. The hostess was warm and friendly and the snacks were welcoming. The pool and hot tub was a saving for the kids and us too as the heat index was over 100. The fishing dock was great too.The clothes dryer was making an aweful noise and the hostess Antionette had a repair rep out immediately. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Amazing House!
Fantastic rental house! This house has an amazing layout and is extremely clean. A lot of nice perks with the upgraded bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, a lot of outdoor seating by the pool for eating and relaxing. We did choose to use the boat and it was great. We went out daily to enjoy different areas and beaches. Our kids loved the pool and were in it ever chance they got. The house is close to grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this house!

Villa Nobilis is a beautiful home. It is very spacious, plenty of room to have people over. The pool area is just as nice with the entire area screened in to keep the bugs out! My family loved this vacation rental! Of all the vacation homes we have stayed in, Villa Nobilis is the best!!!

Enjoying the Florida Life!
Everything was great! All 4 of the couples enjoyed using all of the amenities including the daily use of the boat. Having the daily availability of the boat was Awesome! We could go out on it everyday or whenever we wanted to. The rental fee per day was much cheaper than renting a boat from the marina or someone else. One of the best things is: you do not have to pay for electricity, Most VRBO’s will charge you for the electricity used. Lots of room to stretch out for everyone; even though we spent all of our time outside including evenings. Taking morning & evening walks in the neighborhood was so nice since there were a lot of streets and houses to look at. Everyone we visited with seemed very nice and enjoyed looking and taking pictures of our Corvettes.

I would like to thank you for the use of your home. This is our second stay and a rebook from the vacation we had to cancel do to the hurricane. The house is amazing and so glad the boat and house made it through the hurricane so well. Thank you to Clyde, always a pleasure talking with you. We caught several fish and had one strip the line off one pole. Looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful home! Had everything we could possibly need to make our stay amazing! Toaster didn’t work the first day we were there, ran some errands and came back to a brand new one. They also included a garbage can and two candles for the patio! 5 bedrooms but still felt very private! 6 adults and 2 children, all he house was perfect for all of us! Would not recommend using the grill. We spent 2 hours cleaning it and still had to clean it more upon checkout to avoid an additional $50 fee. Either skip using or just plan on playing the extra cleaning fee so there are no doubts.

Perfect house for our family.
This house was perfect for our family of 3 couples and 2 children. So spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. We spent hours in the pool and on the boat. Great communication with property owner and manager. Will be renting again!

House was Large and gorgeous. Brought my 9 year old son for his Birthday as well as my mother. We all had a great time. The pool was a big hit as usual with littles. We opted in on the boat and enjoyed our day out exploring more private beaches. Property managers were great and welcoming. Went over everything well so you wasnt left wondering. Great property with amazing amenities
Very nice property. The setup is great for families or separate groups of friends. Bedrooms are separated enough so you have your own private spaces. Pool and jacuzzi are great along with the patio. Used the boat every day. Very good on gas. Overall the place was amazing. No need to bring towels. Plenty to go around and the same for most other things you need. Bikes, kayaks, scooters, coolers, beach umbrellas and many more things.

This home is exactly as stated on the website. We enjoyed the pool every day and watching the boats come up and down the canal. Only wish we had was to have someone in our group feel comfortable to maneuver the beautiful boat as I'm sure it would have enhanced the experience. We would most definitely book this property again.

Our family of 3 couples and 2 singles had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect for us. We enjoyed every aspect, including the spacious patio with ample room for dining outside to the warm pool to the amazing boat that we used daily. Have your cameras ready for amazing sunsets. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to take turns prepping family meals. We used the grill a couple of times as well. It is a large home that is amazingly quiet due to the bedroom configuration. An added bonus was the half bath off the pool. Overall great rental!

Loved almost everything about this house. There was only 1 thing missing but I’ll get to that at the end. We arrived a bit early so I contacted the owner to make sure the property would be ready on time. To my delight it was ready early so we could go a head. The house is beautiful. Prefect for 10. We also took the boat so glad we did. Captain Clyde was great walked us through what we needed to know. Pool and Hot tub were excellent. Antonella management company was very nice walking us though everything else. There is fishing poles, kayaks coolers and othering things in the garage to use. I loved it so much I called my cousin who booked it for a cousins outing next year. So I’m coming back. Now the only small thing is TVs are not expensive. The 2 small bedrooms do not have TVs in them. It’s not a game changer but if you have kids to want to put a tv show on if it’s raining separate from the adults or like us a group of friends ( some go to bed way earlier than others). It makes sense so you can watch without bothering anyone else in the house. All in all though we loved it. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.❤️

Wonderful place with boat! We absolutely loved this place and would return! If I had to knit pick, there was no pizza pan and we did not find the beach bag til the end of our stay. The dishwasher was broken but we didn’t mind that. The pool/hot tub heater was broken for 2 days but owner did reimburse us some money and fixed it promptly. These were very minor issues to have and would not deter our stay again. Owners were amazing to work with! House and boat were amazing! Great neighborhood! Dolphins right outside. Fishing right off the dock. Driving distance to lots of entertaining things to do! Definitely worth it!

I can’t say enough how amazing the stay was! The pictures do not do this place justice. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the lanai. The boat is a MUST! We were able to experience so much! Communication from the owners and the property managers was great! Fast response! I cannot say enough positive about the whole experience. We will definitely book this house again.

Let me start by saying that the photos online truly do not do this home justice! There is no detail that’s overlooked in this home. The property managers are wonderful and help make the stay here an easy process. We opted to rent the boat and I am so glad that we did! There’s nothing like a sunrise in open waters! If you’re not an experienced boater, the random sandbars are a bit tricky, but if you keep an eye on the depth finder, it’s ok. For anyone looking to dock the boat for a day at Captiva Island, I highly recommend the Tweens Resort!! You pay a $60 fee for a boat slip and that not only allows you to dock for the day, it also grant you access to all Of the resort amenities! We had a great day there. The home itself, is perfection, we spent most of our time there, there was no reason to leave with the pool, hot tub, fishing off to dock, kayaks and bikes! I highly recommend this property and do plan on a return trip!

Wonderful Vacation Property!
My family traveled to Villa Nobilis in July 2021. The setup of the home is WONDERFUL for large families. We loved the pool and hot tub (which we NEVER thought we'd use in summertime in Florida, but we were in it every single night). We fished off the pier and caught catfish, puffer fish and some odd looking ones we'd never seen before. We did buy some new fishing poles that we left at the house because the ones there were pretty useless, at least for serious fishermen. We used the boat to go to Sanibel Island twice. My only regret is that we didn't go a little further and visit Captiva as well. We enjoyed the steel drum band at the Boathouse while dining outside. We drove to Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda and enjoyed shopping (and more dining oceanside). We also traveled to Matlacha (and learned the proper pronunciation) and did some more shopping and ate at Blue Dogs Bar & Grill. Hands down this was our FAVORITE restaurant! The food was out of this world! I highly recommend the Weyuga burger, fried mahi mahi, triple tail tacos and black grouper! We did go just past Matlacha to Pine Island but that was kind of a waste of time. Nothing really to see there. If I went again I'd go by boat and visit a beach or something. Our week flew by, a testament to what a great time we had. The property manager, Antonella, was very responsive and available when we needed her. We were there during tropical storm Elsa and the lanai screen suffered some damage but it was repaired 2 days later. There are a few things it's obvious need repair or replacement, but nothing major. Mostly cosmetic (tiki hut roof, a faucet in the kitchen, and some collapsing bricks by the hot tub). Antonella explained it's been difficult to make these repairs because the house is always booked though so that's understandable. All in all I highly recommend. You will NOT find a rental home WITH A BOAT on Cape Coral for this price. Thank you so much to the owners for keeping this property affordable for vacationers who are traveling with large parties!

Amazing place!
Our family took advantage of everything this property had to provide. We loved the gorgeous home and the space it provided our party of 7. We used the kitchen and grill to cook amazing meals that we enjoyed outside on the lanai. We took advantage o the boat and got to visit different beaches and restaurants throughout our stay. We used the kayaks in the canal and got to kayak alongside dolphins for a fabulous experience!We used the bikes to ride to get coffee in the mornings. We could not have enjoyed this place more!

This property had it all! We were drawn to the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, pool, waterfront and boat and we found so much more! Beautiful home with lots of room, everything was clean and well maintained. Lots of beach towels, coffee maker & keurig, coolers to use, bikes and kayaks to enjoy, plenty of room in the pool, hot tub, and grill. We didn't miss or need anything!! This is an amazing property. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool and we all enjoyed the boat. The house is set up perfectly for a large family or group. We had 9 people total including 3 kids under 12 and had plenty of space and privacy. I cannot say enough about how nice the home is and how well it’s managed. By Far the best rental property I have ever stayed in!
I have stayed in so many rentals over the years and this one far surpassed all of them! The cleanliness and quality of the property was second to none! Myself and 6 friends from numerous areas all meet here to celebrate my 50th birthday. The rental process was easy and the owners were very quick to respond with any questions that I had. The area is a nice quiet location and so incredibly peaceful! We enjoyed Fort Myers beach and the downtown area of Fort Myers. We also enjoyed some great local spots like the Boat House and Rum Runners, both local in Cape Coral. This property is a bargain for the quality of the home and all the amenities that come with it. We rented the boat for the week and enjoyed a day on the water as well. I would love to go back and hope to soon! Thank you Peter for a great vacation!

We had an amazing time at the property! It was perfect for our mix of families, but would’ve been just as nice for a group of couples. The pool and hot tub were lovely (it is a connected system, not a traditional hot tub with a cover that is hot 24-7). Property was well kept and dock space with lounge chairs was great for the evening. The house was well stocked, plenty of sheets and towels and some pool floaties. Extra propane tank etc. I liked that all the light switches were labeled, so it was easy to find what you were looking for. I wish they had another fridge in the garage for overflow of groceries and beer, but maybe we just bought too much! The area is nice, Publix and Walgreens and dollar store were convenient. We didn’t go out to eat (too many kiddos to make that enjoyable) so I can’t really speak to the restaurants or bars around the house. We did find that there were burrowing owl nests in the neighborhood, which was really fun to see. I hadn’t found it listed in the amenities, but there was a large pack and play and nice high chair there. We had brought both not knowing. I actually liked having the two pack and plays because one could stay in our room and the other stayed out by the pool under the shade. We rented the boat and went to sanibel island, pulled up to the shallows and jumped out. Gorgeous water and lots of shells. There were so many sand dollars you’d find them buried every few feet. It looks like a long way on the map through the canals and to sanibel, but even our 1 and 3 year olds did fine. Definitely rent the boat! Even if you only go once or twice it is worth it for the price. I was glad we had experienced boat drivers however, the canals are easy but the more open water had a lot of boats and different no wake zones, etc. There were large boats that created quite the wake in some areas and luckily our drivers knew how to navigate around the wakes and the waves. Because the boat dock has an automatic lift it was helpful they knew what they were doing. We found it easy to get a ride share to / from the airport. No complaints, wonderful time had by all.

Great property to rent for a family of 6 to 8 or for 3 or 4 couples to share. The house and pool and outside areas were very clean! There are 2 large master suites and 3 additional nice bedrooms. 4 full baths inside and a half bath off the pool area. Everything you need to cook and grill is provided. A Publix and other stores are just a mile away. The garage is full of fun toys for the pool and kayaking and biking and fishing. Rent the boat! Captain Clyde gave us a great introduction to using the boat and we were out on it every day. We visited 3 beaches and 4 restaurants, all about 30 to 45 minutes by boat. The canals are full of fish but you'll need live bait to reel them in, get live shrimp at a bait shop.

Best rental in Cape Coral so far!
This is our 3rd year visiting Cape Coral. The house was very spacious and clean with great amenities. The 2 master suites were perfect for the 2 sets of parents as the junior suite was for adult children. There were pool floaties, bikes, scooters, fishing poles and equipment beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, kayaks, etc. We fished off the dock and caught catfish, pufferfish, sheepshead, snapper. The pool and hot tub were great! There were burrowing owls just across the street that were fun to watch. Walmart market and Publix were very close by. We rented the boat and took it for 2 short rides down the canal the first few days. Then unfortunately on the day were planning on going fishing in the river we weren’t able to take it off the lift because the water was to low in the canal. Darn tides. We don’t have those in Minnesota!! Overall, it was a great experience and will recommend to others.

In addition to the pictures, the recommendations from previous renters, encouraged us to choose Villa Nobilis/Pelican. So glad we did. Spring Break traffic made our beach trips long, but we enjoyed Ft. Myers and Sanibel.
