“Great hotel”
Not right on beach, but a great hotel. Only complaint is the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear every noise, conversation, etc coming from other rooms
“So, so experience”
Overall our experience there was very nice, the only downfall was that the matress was so very uncomfortable. I felt like i slept on the floor. There was shopping areas in the surrounding location, we were hopimg to find more of a strip with boutiques and shops. The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the food at the restaurants were delicious.
“Good for a family with kids”
This was our first time visiting this hotel. It is good for kids under 12, except there is no pool available for non-swimmers. The attached Harth and Kettle restaurant served marginal food, I could have microwaved something better. The Grand Cru tried to kill my husband by serving him raw chicken. The life guards were rude(obviously college kids on a power trip) the fitness room is in need of real equipment(not just for the home types of machines) the entire hotel needs a serious update, walking through the halls you feel as though you are in Las Vegas with the trippy carpeting still on the floor. It is doubtful that I will return to this establishment.
“Super Conveinent and Many Pluses~ LOVED it”
Like a Time-Share Resort when they were in their Prime! This Resort had everything. LOVELY room, and the front desk go out of their way. Actually wish we could have stayed many more days...
“Can't wait for our next trip!!!!!”
We were extremely satisfied and can't wait to return and would highly recomend this hotel to our friends and family!!!
“You can do better for the cost”
When we arrived I was told my reservation had been changed. There was confusion over which room I booked (double or king) and availability. No-one appreciates a mishap on arrival, especially after paying what I did for one night. But the staff was nice enough to inform me that they would be “holding” $50 on my credit card for up to ten days after departure!! The room appeared clean at first but upon settling in we found what appeared to be spilled cola on our night stand (it had saturated the gratuity envelope). Things only got worse. I am attending school online, unfortunately, it was necessary to do homework on this trip. I was unable to connect to the internet via the wireless connection the resort advertised as available in all rooms. I called front desk three times, only to be told (finally), the problem must be with my laptop. This was unacceptable. I had never had issues of this nature before, yet maintenance (yes, I said maintenance) insist the problem was on my end and nothing could be done. Front desk suggested I utilize their business center. Imagine my surprise to find their desktops do not have Microsoft Office (no Word, Excel, nothing!) Needless to say, I was not able to accomplish much. The next morning, we attempted to make coffee but in keeping with the rest of experience, the machine did not work. If I paid half the actual cost of the stay, I would not complain. But for what I paid, I expected a great deal more.
“everything you could want”
Location, spa, restaurant, adults only hot tub, what more could you want? Loved every thing about my stay.
“Good, very good place”
One suggestion I should make. The hotel should place at least a small refrigirator in every room. There wasn't any in our room.
“Not What I Expected”
No hot water in room..........Only pool is indoors and its a wave pool for kids!!!!
“Great wave pool for the kids, good food, family friendly”
The location is not near a beach, but lots of beaches and ponds are accessible by car, not to far away (10-30 mins). Mall, restaurants and high way access near by. Family friendly hotel, they have a wave pool, sand area with fire palce, rooms with connecting doors, balcony... Great hotel for family vacation, great service :)
