"The first room we were given was disgusting, we had cockroaches, dirty sheets and it smelled like chlorine and looked nothing like the pictures. After arguing twice we were given a much better room, however the sheets were still dirty and the previous person’s clothes were still in the bed."

"I spent 4 days at Tonga Tower Hotel with my friend, and we had a wonderful stay. It's a great hotel, and I would definitely come back again. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily. The food was very good and varied, with plenty of options, so everyone can find something they like. The evening entertainment wasn't anything special, but that wasn't important to us. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool, although if you want to be sure to get one, it's best to arrive shortly after the pool opens, around 8:00–8:30 a.m. A nice bonus is the dinner at the Sky Bar. However, you need to stay at least 3 nights to be eligible, and it must be booked in advance. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package are fairly standard, as in most hotels. If you want a higher-quality cocktail, you'll need to pay extra. Overall, Tonga Tower Hotel is a very nice hotel with a good standard, excellent food, and friendly staff. I would happily recommend it and would definitely stay there again."
