"Handy for Rothsey, and a lovely old building. My room was facing the harbour and an interesting view. Tired in places, chair was very wobbly, and doors etc as you would expect in a property of this age. However, the retro-fitted en-suite was good, and nice and clean. Felt like carpet had not been hovered. The Scottish breakfast was nice and not too overwhelming. Just right. The guys running the place were really friendly and polite."

"From the outside this accommodation does not look promising- a ground floor property in a block of council flats, the shared hallway is pretty bleak. But the flat itself was fine, a bit basic but it had everything we needed, nice and clean, plenty of towels, quiet despite being next to a busy road. Parking was difficult - in theory there is on street parking but there is a Vehicle Hire/Garage business next door so all the parking spaces are taken up by their vehicles. "The property was disappointing and not worth the money that we spent. The kitchen needs some attention and there was a bare minimum of cutlery and kitchen equipment. It also needed a deep clean. The upstairs bedroom were also very basic, tired and not welcoming."
