"Pleasantly surprised with the Royal Sonesta Boston. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the river. Although it was a small balcony it was so nice to be able to have fresh air and to enjoy the view. The bed was very comfortable and the inclusion of small items (q tips, emery board, bottled water) was appreciated. Parking was easy and convenient. The staff were friendly and personable. It was a very enjoyable stay!"

"This place is overated. The managemnt is incompetent. It us prtentiopus and the only reason it exists is thet it in on Harvard Square. They do not provide basic water in the room, so simple amnities you would expect for these prices, like some fresh fruit is the room when you check in, no chocolate on the pilow at night. They pretend to be educated, yet the books in the lobby are fake pieces of wood. Terrible place abd pretentious. "
