Booked this hotel specifically for the amenities, only to find out the day before check-in that everything was closed for renovations. No meaningful notice, no real opportunity to rebook elsewhere—just stuck.
We were initially told we could use the pool at the Marriott Hotel next door, which sounded like a reasonable solution… until they walked that back and tried to charge $90 for it. At that point, it became clear customer service was more about deflection than resolution.
Between the lack of transparency, the last-minute changes, and the runaround from management (including the GM), this stay turned into a hassle that could have easily been avoided.
Would not recommend."
