Worked well for what we wanted
Picked this because it was near the airport and advertised a shuttle service. It didn't have one but taxi easy and similar cost (15 euro). Reception staff very helpful despite v litle English. Taxi into Santander Old Town also 15 euro. Small onsite parking OK for my motorcycle. Hotel a litlle dated and maybe due for a refresher.

This was a nice hotel at a good price. The fridge was stocked with water which was lovely. I had to leave early and reception was not open. I also could not find the keypad to reenter so I left my key (not a key card, an actual metal key) at the front door with some other packages. I guess it was OK because no one contacted me about it. I say this more as an advisory and not as a complaint.

Convenient for Santander airport
I stayed here to be close to Santander airport. The hotel is basic but ok. Breakfast rather limited. But all in all it met my requirements at a good price.

Great!
Nice hotel in a convenient location close to Santander. The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and the breakfast was good.

Broken air con and no sleep
Our last night before catching an early morning flight to UK. The heatwave pushed temperatures to 47C but the desperately needed air con was not working, blowing lukewarm air out. The night was unbearably hot, we got very little sleep and there was no one on reception between 11pm and 7am.

Decent, clean hotel out of the way
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The staff are really helpful, although not all spoke English (but we don't speak Spanish!) . The breakfast is fine, enough to keep you going on a day out. The hotel itself is not near the main city, you need a taxi or bus. Once at hotel, the lovely manager took us outside and showed us where to get a bus from. Another note: this hotel is not near very much, so we struggled to eat out on our first night when we were too tired to go into town for dinner.

La habitacion no esta a mal. Limpieza dentro de la normalidad. el personal muy bien El aparcamiento en la zona imposible. El hotel no tiene aparcamiento, te ofrece tres huecos sin pintar ni nada que tiene en la puerta del hotel y te los cobra a 15€ dia.

Buena atención al cliente
Cuando llegamos la recepcionista fue muy amable nos explico todo y nos regalo desayuno para los dos días a cambio de una buena valoración. La habitación bonita sin mucho que reseñar, un gran ventanal.Las almohadas me parecieron un poco duras . No cenamos allí porque el menú que tenían en el ascensor nos pareció básico y caro. El desayuno lo encontramos con poca variedad pero la atención muy buena

Beliggenheden god med kort afstand til både supermarkeder og restauranter og nemt at komme til Santander.Morgenmaden kedelig og stod ikke på køl! Der blev ikke fyldt op med bl.a. brød. Der blev ikke ryddet af bordene, så det så noget roddet ud.

Dobry hotel blisko lotniska
Hotel dobrze utrzymany, personel bardzo uprzejmy, dobre miejsce dla osób szukających noclegu blisko lotniska. Jedyny minus - ograniczone miejsca na parkingu samochodowym, przy większym obłożeniu trzeba szukać miejsca samodzielnie w okolicy.

Imposibilidad de aparcar, trato regular, mal desay
Imposibilidad de aparcar por parking completo siendo un martes de temporada baja, me tocó dar vueltas durante más de media hora por el vecindario. Olor desagradable en la habitación. Descuido del recepcionista que se quedó con mi DNI hasta que al día siguiente a las 3:00 pm me llamaron, por poco pierdo el avión que tenía. Desayuno muy pobre. No volvería aún siendo un precio económico.

Esta bien...hay que mover las mesillas para encontrar algun enchufe, y un poco de frio en la habitacion. Pero por lo demas un hotel correcto en el centro del pueblo

Servicios muy excasos
El día de la llegada tenían la recepción cerrada a partir de las 12 del mediodía, o llamabas a un teléfono o mandabas a alguien para recoger la llave. Sin recepción por las noches, la entrada se hace por una puerta trasera, sin acceso de ascensor. Total, dos pisos de escaleras con las maletas al hombro. En año nuevo avisan en un papel pegado al ascensor que el desayuno no empieza hasta las 11. Bajamos a las 12 y ya no funcionaba el ascensor y se había terminado el tiempo del desayuno, decepcionante. El baño casi inutilizable, la taza del water pegada, literalmente a la bañera por la izquierda y a la pared por la derecha, añadiendo un radiador toallero para hacer el acceso más difícil. La presión del agua no era escasa, era inexistente, para conseguir que saliera por la ducha tuve que poner un refuerzo en el grifo y armarme de paciencia para lavarme con el pequeño chorrito conseguido. Totalmente inaceptable.

Cumplió mis expectativas para una noche de tránsito de un viaje de negocios. El trato y las instalaciones fueron correctas en equipamiento y limpieza. Me hubiera gustado disponer de más variedad en el menú de la cena o en el desayuno. Está ubicado en el centro, pero no se nota, a penas sin ruidos y muy tranquilo. Relación calidad pecio muy acertada.

Pequeño, cómodo y funcional
A 10 min. en coche de Santander. Donde esta ubicado no hay mucho que ver, lugar de paso. Habitacion y baño limpios, comodos y funcionales. Buffet del desayuno poco variado. No hay recepcion por la noche entras con un codigo por una puerta trasera.
