"Owner is very attentive. I arrived early and was welcome and showed to my room. It is very conveniently located to Stirling castle,downtown, shopping and dining. They have an excellent restaurant, unfortunately was closed during my stay. I was traveling by myself and I feel very safe during my stay. Breakfast had an excellent variety. I ordered the Scottish breakfast,was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this cute B&B. "

"Our hostess was engaging and kind, giving helpful ideas for where to eat and what to do during our short stay. Very family-friendly property with bright and colorful decor. Spiral staircase was unique and fun in general but slightly tricky when maneuvering up or down with luggage. Thank you for giving us a comfortable place to lay our heads during our journey!"

He is so thoughtful and intentional with the way he sets up the rooms, with any needs you might have during your stay there. He’s so friendly & literally reachable in minutes if things don’t go quite right in any aspect of your trip. I’ve never stayed at such a wonderful Bed & Breakfast, truly (and I travel quite a lot)....

"We found our small double to be as advertised SMALL, but cozy. Jackie and her staff were accommodating and breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal for those who like to walk around an old walled city and there were many dining options nearby"

"We thought we were booking into an Inn with facilities but its a complex of Lodges which are being constructed and a building site. There was no superior room, we were in a Lodge away from the main building as that has just been hanged into rooms with a few tables and chairs in the kitchen for breakfast.. The restaurant hasn't been built yet awaiting planning permission. This is not what we booked on our Anniversary Trip through Scotland - very disappointing We nearly fell over the raised...

"We really enjoyed our short stay in the family suite at Crags Hotel. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Large, comfortable, quiet rooms and lovely bathroom. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"A warm welcome, clean room and fabulous views and topped off with an amazingly tasty breakfast! This guest house is next door to the “Ben Arthur’s Bothy” pub which serves fantastic food at reasonable prices and the Lochside views from the Guesthouse and pub are amazing!"

"A beautiful, tranquil country setting on11 acres with ease of access to bus services if you choose, as I did. The owners go to great lengths to make sure you have everything that you need and more. A choice of homemade breakfasts each day with a fire glowing in the antique dining room. Also for guests is an Elegant yet cozy living room also with toasty fire, books or tv. Wander around the property and enjoy the gardens, the gentle brook, and free-roaming pet chickens. Highly recommended!"

"The property was in a lovely location and handy for local amenities! Very quiet and lovely to sit outside and listen to the bagpipes on a morning! The only down side was the drive down to the property and the potholes if they were filled in it would have been a much easier drive in and out. "

"Came here with my family to celebrate my 60th birthday. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in accommodated us arriving early.There was everything and more on offer. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for.the selection of games kept everyone entertained. And the gift of chocolates and wine gave that extra special.touch...would definitely recommend and return."
