Well, first the good: hotel has its own stretch at the beach with umbrellas and towels, the location is pretty central and the bathroom of the remodeled rooms is quite nice. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but a zoo, so you'll need patience.
Now why I would never go there again: it is basically a low quality resort hotel with absolutely no reason for having 4 stars. The beds are super uncomfortable, hard (you can feel the metal springs in the mattress), cheap beige wool blankets like in cheap motels in the US and cheap pillows without feathers or any comfort. Staff is not friendly and instead of trying to help just tries to get rid of you as fast as they can. We got a room with 2 single beds pushed together to a double bed (still with single blankets!) and when asking if we can change the room, we got told two days in a row to come back the next day with no interest in changing the situation. Staff even told us it would be too much effort to clean our old room on top of the other one and therefore this is not possible. Same with the guy at the beach - half the chairs were deserted and not in use anymore and we were told that we can't use any of them because the guests might come back and in any ways he doesn't have towels anymore as they are all in the laundry. Not very pleasant. We might just not be the typical resort customer that accepts being treated as cattle for free food, but even though the hotel is not necessarily the worst I would not go back there.
