It is not a hotel , it is a residence , why it is advertised as a hotel! There was no ramp for the luaggages , there was no receptionist. They added multiple hidden fees , and when I discussed with them they said it is there in the website. The receptionist showed up 10 min later and he was an example of the poor customer service. He does not know how to communicate. I paid already for breakfast and 3 people to stay and they insist that I hav to pay 12 US dollars if I want to stay. I paid for breakfast and they had my family to pay again for it. The elevator is in mid level and you have to use stairs to go to your room. The location was unfoundable by Uber drivers and they cancelled 3 times. There were cracks on the walls , also kids playing in the streets with noise. The view was unpleasant when we opened the windows, for empty land with lot of garbage. I highly recommend that this place to be taken out the website. I’m planning to file a complaint in Egyptian tourism office. Such a horrible experience.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful (although I've found that to be true everywhere I've stayed in Egypt). For that reason alone, I wish I could rate this hotel higher. But I also feel mislead in staying here, and don't want to mislead others. The truth is, this is just NOT a 4-star hotel. I stayed at 3 hotels in Egypt; this one was the most expensive, but had the smallest and least well maintained room. The 3-star hotel I stayed at in Giza was actually much nicer than this "4-star" hotel, and at only a third of the cost. I booked this room wanting an upgrade for my last night in Cairo. Unfortunately, what I got was a downgrade at 3x's the price. I regretted my decision. The room was: ‐ small - stains on the bed headboard - stains on the chair - shower drains so slowly water is above your ankles after 4 minutes - generally run-down, with the wall showing water damage - has a balcony, but the view is just some old run-down looking apartment buildings. The right side balcony door doesn’t lock shut. - no restaurant at the hotel, although staff will deliver breakfast for you ($9 USD per person), and help order lunch/dinner delivery for you. On the positive side, it's close (10 min walk, maybe less) to Arabella Plaza, which was really nice. Again, the staff were great! But, unfortunately, this is a 3-star hotel that should be priced much cheaper than it is. I didn't complain to the staff about it, it's not their fault and theres nothing they can do about it

Visiting for 9 nights I used the Arabella Residence during my attendance at a research conference at the German University in Cairo. We had a great experience at this hotel which is located in a residential area in New Cairo and is walking distance to the local shopping mall and grocery stores. The hotel service is top notch, they serve a beautiful traditional Eyptian breakfast delivered to your room, they have beautifully updated rooms with new appliances, and very cozy bedding. We were made to feel very comfortable and the friendly staff were helpful and responsive to our every request. We miss our friends at Arabella already!

Very bad choice
It was very bad experience, I checked in room had nothing to do with the photos i saw at Hotel.com, after 30 mnts electricity cut on several floors including main. I waited about 2 hours and then I booked another hotel. I lost my money and my redeem nights. I hope that never leave such experience again.

I had a wonderful stay at Arabella. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as they try to accommodate your needs. The room I stayed at was comfortable and clean, as it is located in New Cairo. Honestly they made my stay incredible, since they are located in a residential area, where it is very safe and everyone around were very helpful and just plain good people, when asking for directions. Overall a good experience, a must stay at place if you wish to avoid all the noise in the city.

We went to the hotel but it was overbooked and they could not make any rooms available and we had no other option but to leave and it was very inconvenient for us and it missed up the whole trip from the beginning cause we wasted a lot of time trying to find another hotel to stay

No vengan a este hotel , está en el desierto, no hay absolutamente nada que hacer , si quiere perder su viaje venga aquí !! Esta en un residencial de clase media - baja , no lo recomiendo para nada !! El desayuno no es malo , pero no es nada destacable , definitivamente busquen otro Hotel .

Henkilökunta todella rentoa ja avuliasta. Sisustus oli mukava, sänky sopivan pehmeä. Huoneessa oli ilmastointi. Vessa oli ihan ok kokoinen. Suihkusta löytyi shampoota, hoitoainetta ja bodywashia.

Wir waren auf einer Hochzeitsfeier im 5th Settlement eingeladen waren, daher war die Unterkunft für unsere Pläne wunderbar gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich - redete lieber mit mir (Mann) als mit meiner Partnerin. Das Apartment war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.
