Crean Cottage - Traditional 150 year old stone cottage of yesteryear
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (50)
"The location and accommodations are wonderful but the pdf instructions from the owner appear to be out-dated and a little confusing. The directions state that guests need to replace wood or peat used for the tiny stove in the living room - but there were no instructions on where to obtain the replacement fuel. Carrowcullen, The Old Irish Farmhouse
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (26)
"Lovely period farmhouse. The owner Trudy was very helpful and responded to all requests and issues promptly. Lovely views and walks. Safe for children, but since the house is full of lovely antique furniture it is not ideal for families. Very suitable for those looking for peace and quiet in a very beautiful setting. "

Lovely Spacious House in a Fab Sligo location directly on the Wild Atlantic Way
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (36)
"Upon arrival the bedroom smelled of heating oil. We tried opening the window, but was simply too cold. We had to leave the property. We were only there a few hours. We contacted both the property manager and VRBO. We offered to pay for the 1st night and requested a refund for the rest. We contacted the property manager several times but never received a response. Neither helped us and we lost our money. It was a horrible experience:("
