"First of all, Bruno’s home is so much lovelier than the pictures on the website depict. "We had a wonderful 11 nights stay at the house. Communication was perfect, both the owner and the lady with the keys communicated very well, both before we arrived, while we travelled to the house and during our stay. The pool is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. Comfortable beds with lovely towels and linen. "The villa was just as described - the outdoor setting for eating and relaxing was amazing together with the pool and solarium which made the villa holiday fantastic. "DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had."
