The hotel was amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel and it's in a perfect location within 5/10 walk to most things

This hotel was average, the location is good and the staff was friendly but the older lady that works in the bar area. This hotel has a complimentary coffee/hot chocolate station close to the bar area with seating for their guest. When I approached the coffee machine the lady immediately came up to me and told me I had to have my drink sitting there and could not take it to my room or have it anywhere but the seated area which I find very weird and ridiculous. Near me were other guest not happy with the lady and one girl even soured at her because the lady would Not leave her alone. Other than that the hotel is okay just average.

STAFF The staff are very helpful, friendly, accommodating, they will do extra mile to satisfy your stay. HOTEL The place is close to everything it’s in the center of the city, in the quiet and safe area. Few minutes walk to Parlament, cafes,pharmacy, restaurants and supermarket etc. There is also complimentary coffee, water and juice machine station in the lobby that u don’t need to buy water for your room u can just refill your bottle. The breakfast is ok, with hot and cold options. BEDROOM The room is not that big enough, the bed is ok but not great one side is sinking but we cope with it. Cleanliness is ok but bathroom needs some TLC specifically some small molds in the bathroom tiles. All in all good price with excellent service, nice hotel and very good staff. Will definitely recommend it. Thank you IKONIK for nice and comfortable stay.

This hotel is in a GREAT location. Easy to walk to the best sites around Budapest. The bed was very uncomfortable, the bedding and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful in getting taxis when needed. The property showed signs of age and needs a remodel. Overall, a great location, but not a true 4 star hotel.

Great location whether walking to the Christmas markets or Parliament area .Equally easy to hop on a bus or tram from the main road. ate breakfast out to try out the local cafes. Expresso machine in the room with capsules that were replaced each day - no milk though.

This hotel is magnificent. Everything is perfect, it is very clean, doing housekeeping perfectly everyday, all staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is perfect, the hotel is very close to main attractions in Budapest, everything is around you. I enjoyed my stay in it, and thinking of going there again. I recommend it strongly to stay to get a joyful stay in Budapest. you will not regret that.

Staff very polite, easy check in and out and staff were always happy to help. Lovely complimentary drinks station available throughout stay. Breakfast slightly overpriced for each day but good for a one off. Some wear and tear in the rooms (cracks in walls, paint cracking off in places) but very clean. Street outside a little noisy but good location close to parliament building and basilica. Would say overall a very happy stay, would definitely return!

The property is very nice an cozy inside. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom needs to be grouted around the shower door and tiles. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Our room had a large balcony. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby which you have access to 24/7 which is a big plus. They are located in the center of the city and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel,

The area and service are really good. The smallest and absolutely inconvenient shower ever. Glass door in the bathroom with wide opening all around the door without any lock. Otherwise as i said good service and nice location

This is a clean, modern hotel situated in a great location which makes all the main areas reachable by foot. Always friendly service and the complimentary coffee/water/juice station is a nice perk to have before a day out. Beds are really comfortable and the staff can’t do enough to help

Hotel and people great but parking a nightmare
The Ikonik was lovely and they kindly handled the parking ticket we got for being outside the hotel for 10 minutes as we loaded luggage. The city ticketing vultures are everywhere. paying >50 euros for 2 days in a central parkade, the city is not helping support tourism.

24/7 coffees teas and waters superb. Decor fantastic. The only down side was no Wi-Fi in our room. The building next door is empty and has not been used for a long time. Excellent location. Excellent breakfast.
