“Fantastic Hotel”

From the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us, shared a joke with us and couldn't have done more for us. The location of the hotel is absolutely incredible. Right next to Grand Place and within easy walking distance of everything else. The only complaints i have is that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and when using the shower, the water didn't filter away quick enough in the bath so always filled up over our feet. But otherwise i loved this hotel and is one of my favourites.

“The absolutely best hotel!”

I arrived early and without luggage! I was allowed to check when I arrived and, within minutes, had a sweet package of things I needed (toothbrush and paste, comb, etc.). The staff at the desk helped me plan my activities and provided simply the best map around. They always seemed so enthusiastic about whatever I was doing that day. And the location could not have been better. I quickly learned to navigate around the city, mostly on foot.

“One of the best hotels in Brussels”

The hotel is really excellent. It is in a wonderfully central location just behind the Grand Place but manages to be quiet as well. The standard of the room was extremely good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Restaurant Bocconi served excellent food in the mid price range. Whilst it caters for business people and conferences it was still a good atmosphere for other types of visitor. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay and would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Amigo to anyone wishing to have a comfortable stay in Brussels.

“An Exceptional Hotel”

The staff at Hotel Amigo was universally friendly & extremely efficient. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was well-maintained & quiet. The location - a short block from Grand Place & a 5-minute walk from the Central Train Station - was great. This hotel is not cheap, but if someone wants to splurge we can think of no place better.

“very nice hotel”

The hotel is new and modern, servicies are at high level, rooms are very comfortable and very clean, staff is friendly. I liked the security system that didn't give an access to the flors to anyone exept hotel guests.

“Great location and relative value”

Very nice hotel in a great spot in Brussels. Compared to other similar quality hotels in Europe, the rates are very favourable--much like Brussels itself which is noticably less dear than other major cities. Invest a bit extra in a nicer room--you won't be disappointed.

“Excellent hotel”

This was our second visit to the Amigo and as before it did not disappoint. The ambience, decor and service are excellent. The only drawback is the bar service which is a little slow. The restaurant is expensive (especially with the pound being so weak at the moment) but the food superb.
