This is a boutique hotel but has all the main amenities including a restaurant, snack/coffee /drinks bar and small gym. Our room was very comfortable and spacious - good for 2 adults and 2 kids. WiFi was fast and reliable.

Great Hotel
The Moxy hotel was incredibly clean, tidy, well serviced and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and immaculate and it was easy to navigate around the hotel. There were snacks to purchase in the lobby and umbrellas to rent. The vibe was modern with great posters on the walls and quirky quotes here and there, even in the Golden lift. I was quite sad to see there was neither tea/coffee making facilities or a safe to store items I'd rather not have carried around the town. Storage is minimal in the room with only 6 coat hangers and a small shelf above, so be prepared to live out of a suitcase if staying for more than a few days. This would NOT put me off staying again. The hotel was situated around a 30minute walk from grand place which got a little tiring back and forth but the Ubers were fast and affordable so not an issue.

Lovely family week-end
Lovely clean like new hotel. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful and the welcome drink a bonus. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean but lacked the normal tea and coffee making facilities we are used to. The location was very convenient for shopping and restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed

Had a wonderful stay here when staying in Brussels for the weekend. The hotel was lovely, and the staff extremely helpful and full of information about the city and where is good to go. Close to shops and public transport.

I enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Its proximity to the #71 bus stop is incredibly convenient for travelers. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms are commendable. My only complaint is the absence of a coffee machine in the room.

We had booked a family room but there was an issue due to which it wasn’t available when we checked in but we were offered two double rooms with balcony access and complementary breakfast. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the hotel

The reception staff were fantastic. Friendly, welcoming & helpful in a really relaxed way. I would stay again purely because of the staff. The balcony rooms (504) were perfect, caught the afternoon sun and stayed bright even after the sun dropped behind nearby buildings. Got indirect sunlight in the morning because of the side of the hotel I was on. Comfortable bed, working AC, good sized shower with good pressure, bathroom was tiny but useable. I am a fan of the Moxy brand but one massive improvement over other another Moxy hotel I’d stayed at was that the Brussels had a kettle. The chromecast wasn’t working but it was so minor I didn’t even ask the hotel staff to fix it, just spent more time on the balcony, I had 2 cocktails while at the hotel & both were delicious, and well made. I didn’t have dinner or breakfast so cannot review but did have dessert. My only feedback was that the moelleux wasn’t the best, but nearby diners raved about the other options.

This is a great hotel which is about 20 minutes walk from the central station. Staff is friendly, they give you a free welcome drink and the breakfast buffet is fabulous with lots of options. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

Great location!
It is a little tricky to find, because it sits back a little from the main street. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to see some tourist sights. The games in the common room are a great added touch.

Lovely hotel in nice area
Really friendly staff members. Did everything they could to be helpful. Bar is really nice and a great social space. The hotel is also in a really good location for exploring central Brussels with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Family stay in Belgium for the week
We were so pleasantly surprised with the quality of our stay at the Moxy. The room and shower were big, the hotel was super clean and the service was excellent. Also, the buffet breakfast is well worth the price! Recommend and would stay again. Thanks Moxy!

Very expensive
Very expensive compared to other star hotels. The room size is small. Improve the breakfast menu, worth changing the menu everyday. People had to wait for a couple of minutes before food gets refilled.
