"I was very happy at this hotel. Very kind and helpful staff, good accommodation and service."
From the first moment I was happy in this hotel.
After my arriving I could immediately have a sightseeing tour. Guide picked me up at the entrance of the hotel and we spent nice time together with other travellers to visit Water city at night, to see golden mosques at night lights and to go shopping in the shopping centre and old market. We had sea food for dinner, which was little bit strange but nice for me.
I had good trip following day day too. The hotel taxi brought me to the centrum and I walked everywhere alone. It was great experience. I can recommend this hotel to everybody.

From the moment we entered the cool lobby are until the moment we left the staff could not have been more helpful. Always ready to assist and with a ready smile. It was a pleasure to stay at the Radisson on our stop overs to and from Australia. Really comfortable bed and lovely linen and towels. The bathroom was small but more than adequate - the shower was good and hot water plentiful - a must in the hot humid Brunei.
We ate at the hotel and the food was good with a wide range of choice for all nationalities. The dining staff were particularly efficient and were able to accommodate us even though there was a large event on that evening.
Next time we will stay for a few days to see more of Brunei. But if you have the opportunity to stay even for one night - this is the hotel for you.
This place was not listed in any of my guidebooks; however, I stumbled upon a recommendation in a recent travel magazine article. When I researched it further, I found that it was a great value AND they offered free pickup at the airport. Furthermore, they offered van transportation virtually anywhere in the city one wanted to go. Now that was a great perk and made it a remarkable value. The hotel is located in an uninspiring neighborhood with nothing of interest, but only about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the center of town and the waterfront area. The hotel felt brand new and was in pristine condition (I was told that it was recently remodeled). My single room was simple, small, and sparsely furnished with the only windows facing a hallway. Though I may not have been happy with the room for an extended stay, for my short stay it was more than acceptable. The staff members were extraordinarily gracious and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
While this was the most expensive lodging that I used during my stay in Southeast Asia, it provided bonuses that made up for the higher price. The breakfast was varied and filling, the included tour was excellent, and free transportation is, on occasion, available to nearby city locations. All of the hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Their efforts ensured that my short stay in Brunei was very productive and rewarding in terms of sight seeing and cultural experience.

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to center of tow"
Spacious updated lobby, nice room, all the amenities. Breakfast included, great selection. Staff was especially friendly, and helpful. I was greeted warmly, by first name, after the first day. Easy walking to attractions, a river view room was nice. Taxis are called by hotel, bus station two blocks away.
