We booked last minute after an issue with our original accommodation. When we arrived the door was locked and nobody answered the phone for about 30 mins. When they finally answered we were told that the hotel didn’t work with hotels.com, but that they could provide a room for cash. I said that we wouldn’t be paying again at which point the owner became very rude and hung up the phone. Ended up staying at the lovely Hotel Rosenburg. Avoid Hotel Cavalier at all costs!!!

Location was excellent - all the main attractions on your door step Breakfast was nice plenty choice and coffee/tea good Only downfall was we had requested a twin room and got a double - had to pay extra when we arrived only to find we got given the same room back they just separated the bed and said they would never have given a twin room for what we had been quoted to pay On a plus side room was clean/ shower was great and staff very pleasant

Dear barbara,thank you very much for your reviews! Sorry but we dont have any twins room and twin bed only with supplement and its cost 5 euro per night! This rules are very clear in all booking canals maybe not your booking agancy but you can see booking.com of in our website ! We tryed our best and hope you enjoyed and hope to see you again. A typical Bruge city centre hotel
A nice hotel in the centre of the Old City within easy walk of the Christmas Markets. It is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. A good night stop over

Perfect spot in Brugge
The lady running the hotel was super friendly and offered local places to eat and see. She also made breakfast and seemed to always go out of her way to ensure our comfort. We stayed on the first floor and had a lovely double window which opened right onto the street while letting a nice breeze blow through. I would highly recommend this place and would certainly ok again!

Great bed and breakfast, convenient location
We were a group of four who stayed here for two nights in the quadruple room. The owner was great and friendly! She gave us tons of information about the events going on and where everything is located. She also gave us a hotel card that gave us a small discount at museums and other places. The building seems outdated but it was clean. The stairs leading to our room were steep and narrow. We didn't have any problems with it, but others might. The hotel is located right behind the theater and was walking distance to everything. Breakfast was fresh and offered many options. Would stay here again!

Quaint hotel in Brugge
Lovely Owner so very helpful and friendly. Our accomodation was up some steep stairs but we didn't mind at all although some people may find it difficult. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the owner was so kind wanting to pack some breakfast when she thought we had to leave early. Great location, friendly and very helpful owner. Our stay in Brugge was memorable - just great.

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti in questo hotel, se avessi potuto me ne sarei andata altrove subito. Unica cosa positiva la posizione della struttura, centrale e ricca di servizi intorno. Struttura fake, nulla e che vedere con le foto del sito, moquette sporca, bagno sporco (muffa nella doccia e macchie sulle piastrelle), acqua non calda (ho chiamato per lamentarmi e hanno detto che "Is normal "), scarichi in cui l acqua faceva difficoltà a scendere, servizio reception inesistente, letti scomodi, scale da salire che davano accesso alle stanze che nemmeno in una cantina così strette e ripide, check in senza documenti. Insomma state lontano da qua.

Liebevoll geführtes Hotel
Leider ist dies kein 4 Sterne Hotel, obwohl es dies wegen der sehr persönlichen und liebevollen Führung definitiv verdient hat. Man sollte hier kein Wunder erwarten, aber für die Lage und diesen Preis ist das ein sehr außergewöhnliches Hotel. Eine Klimaanlage wird hoffentlich nachgerüstet, aber ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel ohne Gewissensbisse weiterempfehlen. Man kriegt hier auf jeden Fall wofür man zahlt.

Prima 2 🌟 Als de stad je hoofd doel is.
Het hotel voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Prima matrassen, schoon en centraal gelegen. Vriendelijke behulpzame medewerkers die nog wel wat meer thuis mogen geraken in Brugge. De muziekdreun van de naastgelegen etablissementen is op zaterdag tot diep in de nacht goed hoorbaar. Het ontbijt voldoet aan de verwachting, maar ik had graag het verse brood van de lokale bakkers gezien. Een prima prijsverhouding voor Brugse standaards.

De Prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding is prima. Een propere, eenvoudige kamer, voldoende ruim met eigen badkamertje. Weinig geluidshinder van andere gasten.

En general bien. El personal muy amable. El desayuno sencillo pero bueno. Su aspecto aparente de hotel antiguo. Personal de la tercera edad deben pedir habitación planta baja x que las escaleras son pequeñas.

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Brugge.
Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Brugge, maar je hebt geen last van buiten geluiden. Parkeren kan problematisch zijn.

Très bien
Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel pittoresque et très bien placé. La chambre était confortable. Seule la salle de bain était moyenne (espace très petit et aération bruyante. Dans l'ensemble nous sommes très satisfaits de l'hôtel.

Отель расположен рядом с центральной площадью, в самом сердце Брюгге. В отеле нет лифта и очень высокая неудобная крутая лестница. Вид из окна прекрасный. Ванная комната неудобная с дверью-купе-гармошкой. В ванной постоянно какой-то запах и сырость. Полотенца не сохли вовсе. Нет фена!! Завтрак так себе. Из горячего предлагают только вареное яйцо и чай-кофе. В целом впечатление не очень.

Lindo Hotel
Hotel en el centro, cerca de la plaza, recomendable quedarse en Brujas y disfrutar la noche dado que no hay mucha gente y el lugar se vuelve hermoso. El desayuno muy bien, la dueña amorosa.

tres belle ville <bruges> l architecture magnifique . près de la mer a Ostende . 30klms. a visité absolument .musé ballade en barque dans le centre ville .beaucoup de beaux endroits a visiter.

Vivian et son équipe sont super gentils et accueillants! Deuxième séjour à cet hôtel et la prochaine fois que je vais à Bruges j'y retourne sans faute!
