Excellent apartment in the centre of town
This apartment is a perfect base to explore Bruges. It's right in the centre of town, just a few minute's walk from all the main sights and museums. It has a separate ensuite bedroom and lounge/diner area, so there is plenty of room for a longer stay, and a mini-kitchen area with sink, toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle, and hotplate so you can make your own meals - although there are so many excellent restaurants close by you may not want to! Everything is sparkling clean and the bed is really comfortable. All round, an excellent choice!

The property is absolutely perfectly located. It is right in the centre of the Old City and yet is so quiet and has a beautiful private garden. Hans and Magda could not be more incredible Hosts. They go above and beyond to make the time extra special. There are delicious coffee/tea and biscuits in the reception . We will be back.

The Bonobo apartments turned out to be the perfect stay for us in Bruges. Note that these apartments are simple, so if you seek opulent luxury accommodations this is NOT the place for you. That being said, the apartment was perfectly located, quiet, well appointed with everything we needed (and we cooked many meals in the apartment) with great parking. The courtyard garden was lovely. Most importantly, Hans and his wife were not only friendly and extremely communicative, but were incredibly helpful with suggestions that made our trip memorable. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to explore Bruges. Hans and Magda were so helpful, first with directions but with everything I needed. They really have thought of everything. Splendid central location, lovely garden area to relax with a drink after a hard day’s tourism. Somewhere I’d love to revisit! 😁👍

Great stay at the Bonobo Apartments
My daughter and I spent 3 nights at the Bonobo Apartments in October. We arrived by train and easily found the apartments about a 15 minute walk away. Everything about our stay there was wonderful- the staff was helpful, the apartment was clean, and it was located near everything we wanted to see and do. We stayed in one of the standard terrace apartments which had the living room, dining area, and kitchen on one floor and the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The steps up to the second floor were easy to navigate even with suitcases. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay, including dish washing soap, towels, pots and pans, dishes, glasswear, cooking utensils, silverware, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The only things we had to purchase were what we wanted to prepare and eat. The grocery store was a 5-10 minute walk from the apartments. The bathroom was clean, modern and came with a harir dryer and a towel drying rack (great for drying clothing that we washed). The living dining area had a couch, end tables, dining table, and a large TV. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a short or long stay in beautiful Bruges.

Wonderful stay at Bonobo. Thoughtful and helpful host for the entirety of our stay. Excellent room and amenities. Very central to sights and easy walking but on a nice quiet side street.

Comfortable apartment and enjoyable stay
Spacious, well appointed apartment. Located in a quiet street yet quite close to the main square. Hosts were helpful and made our stay comfortable. Providing guests with the use of the Bruges travel guide is a nice touch and we enjoyed doing the three walking tours in the guide. Bruges is a lovely place to visit with fewer travelers in Oct. The ten trip rail pass is useful and economical if you want to make day trips to other cities. However Bruges is furthest of the four main cities so long travel time to visit other cities.

Central location
We were very pleased with this accommodation. Hans was very friendly and helpful, especially when we got lost trying to find it. The GPS for the town is hopeless and kept taking us back to a no entry sign. Eventually Hans came to collect us. There should be a directional map provided on the website or get city to change the GPS routines.

We loved the apartment for its size, and the modern and updated amenities. The bed was super comfortable and linens were good quality. The bathroom was very large and good water pressure the entire time and we are tall people and had no issues with the stairs or ceiling heights..The icing on the cake was the option to enjoy a private garden courtyard right outside the apt. As well as a kitchenette for dining in. We will definitely tell our friends in the states about this jewel of a city and the Delightful Bonobo!

This was the best place I have stayed for a very long time. The location was brilliant for visiting Bruges. On-site parking was a real bonus. The apartment was well equipped to self-cater. Hans & Magna were the most helpful hosts. Very good value for money.

Great apartment hotel right in the centre of Brugge. Easy check in even when we arrived late. Apartment was fantastic with all facilities in tip top condition. Extremely well set out and clean. Location was fantastic with all the main attractions and shopping within a few minutes walk. Secluded in a quiet street with no traffic or indeed any other external noise. Can't recommend this place any more highly. If I could give it 11 out of 10, I would.

Can't fault anything apart from being bitten by midges at night due to the hot weather and how close we were to the canal we parked the car and never moved it all week thats how close to the hotel everything is. If we had to complain about anything it would be the lack of mesh on Windows like they have out back

A pleasant, quiet, and functional Apart Hotel
This Apart Hotel is conveniently placed in the city of Brugge. It is clean, warm and has everything you may need for a vacational stay. The host Hans is friendly and offers advise on attractions if needed. Otherwise it is very private, if that is what you like. My friend and I had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it without a doubt.

Comfortable apartment in good location
Speedy check in with helpful information about Bruges given on arrival. We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was a nice surprise. Hotel was quiet and very clean and very close to the centre. All in all a very good short holiday.

Bruges Weekend
My wife and I have done a number of European towns and cities this year and we have stayed in traditional hotels on all other occasions. The Bonobo Hotel is an apartment. We were self catering. Locationally, the place is very well placed. Its a 20 minute stroll from the main Bruges station and only 5 mins away from the central Bruges tourist areas. Our room was on the second floor and included a good sized double bed with en suite plus large flatscreen TV, plus a small kitchenette area (2x ring hob, fridge and microwave) plus a lounge area with additional TV and bathroom Owner met us on arrival and gave us early room access which was great. She explained about the apartments and provided a really useful tourist guide to Bruges with map. All in all throughly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank our hosts for their hospitality.

Hans was really friendly and welcoming to us when we arrived. The apartment it's self was lovely - very clean and spacious and within walking distance to the centre of everything in Bruges. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family - it was the best place we have stayed in!

My room was ready early for me which was great since I had been travelling all night. The proprietors were gracious, helpful and extremely accommodating. It was a lovely apartment close to everything. I loved it. The only drawback was the enthusiasm of the marathon runners also staying at this wonderful establishment.

An excellent Hotel Choice.
We made an excellent choice when booking this Hotel. It was everything we wanted. Very close to the centre of town and attractions excellent facilities and a first class, hands on service by the owners Hans and Magda. We loved Bruges, there is much more to see and do than we had anticipated. We will stay longer than three nights next time and we will definitely book the Bonobo Apart Hotel.

Look no further. This is the place to stay in Bruges. Centrally located. Our room was basic, and immaculately clean, but had everything we needed. The queen size bed was sooo.. comfortable. The owners were lovely, and very helpful. We could fault he place in anyway.

Best Hotel in Belgium!!
Getting to this hotel I simply walked from the train station. Upon arrival was received and greeted at the door by Magda and Hans. Was shown the property that sits right smack in the middle of Old Town in walking distance to shops, historic places, restaurants, churches etc. My apartment was fit for a queen/king with a large, sunny living room with sofa, TV with remote control and huge glass windows that you could open and close with spectacular views. There is binder with a complete informative overview of the city and recommended places to eat, shop, rent, have fun etc. and guide books in different languages. The bedroom has lots of space, is sunny with a nice bed and bedding and the same huge glass windows with great views. There is a dining area with a dining table and chairs and a kitchen equipped with all and every amenity needed to cook a nice meal. Everything was clean and shiny. The building has a big gated parking place where I was allowed to park my rented bike. Behind the property there is a nice garden with umbrellas, chairs and tables. Books, coffee and tea are complimentary. There is a lift/elevator for those with mobility issues and a beautiful, well illuminated staircase for those who prefer to exercise. This is a special place taken care by special people for special people.
