Hi Richard, as we see you gave a 2 star review was a concern and as we called and spoke with you on the phone, you explained the room and stay was good and you will be visiting in a few weeks. However, as you booked thru a 3rd site and your check-in did not show as a reservation, and because it took a little longer to check you in. We would like to extend that we are working with the site to fix the reservation issue and appreciate your time to talk with us on the phone.

Hi Mary. Thank you for your review. I understand WiFi was very important on your stay. We are the only place that does have it up in this area and are always working on improvement. Hope you can visit again for some fun.

Dear customer. Thank you for the review. Our most requested is "where to eat"? We do have a Facebook page and talk about what to eat and where. Please check us out. We have the Mountain Top Coffee shop withing walking distance that has a meal every Friday night and live music. The meal is only $10 and includes a drink. We also Pizza Round-up near Collins Lake, and they have great food. It's about a 15–20-minute drive but really pretty; and they are usually open till 9pm. We also have a great sandwich shop at Forbestown general store. The Golden Eagle market is about a 5-minute walk from the motel and has a nice food selection where you are more than welcome to use the motels BBQ. Lastly the restaurant next door is open on weekends from 11am till 5pm. We hope to see you soon!

Hi Christopher, Unfortunately the land that is along the highway in front of the motel is owned by the state. Please contact the state and phone number given. We have reached out to the state and since then, they have fixed the dirt along the side of the road. Thank you.
