Yes the hotel is under renovation, which is stated as an alert when you booked your room through Expedia. It is posted on every site. The price is for the brand new room you stayed in, not the lobby area that is being worked on. The trucks that were in the parking lot were not ours but they were guests that were with power company. Thanks for staying with us and providing feed back.as you are aware we are pet friendly hotel so it is allowed in room and we didn't force you to stay with us it is your choice after knowing we are pet friendly. if we are not pet friendly still we have to allow service animals in any rooms as law. We do clean our pet occupied room with another level of cleanings to make ready for new guest. you may have high sensitivity and we totally recognized that. Food you referred is all brand approved higher and well known manufacture suppliers same as all other property , we don't choose our item it is choose by brand. may be your personal test was not that par.
