"Location was very good, convenient to buses, shops. Short walk to town center. The rental was as described, with the exception of the following: floor looked clean, but needed a good washing, as our feet got dirty quickly. The patio, which had a lot of weeds and the patio furniture was dirty, with an ashtray full of old cigarette butts. "Spotless and comfortable pad clise to Cheltenham centre"

"Really clean beautiful apartment, right next to the town centre. The only problem for us is it’s right on the main road into Cheltenham and it’s used as a race track after 11pm. Even with ear plugs, we were kept awake till 2am on both nights. Not the owners fault as we knew what we were booking, and he was brilliant, but just something to think about if you have come for a relaxing break. No air con, but large fans are provided, so in the summer it’s gonna be pretty warm."

"First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. Full crockery and cutlery with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Communication from Roy the manager was superb and ensured everything went smoothly...

"General stay was good, hotel was nice and clean. However access was a pain due to the dedicated app they use to access the property. I never initially received the email for activating and nor did anothe couple. Which led to a bit of a wait. Stay lets quickly remedied this however."
