“Great Hotel. No Hesitation in Using Again”

I was very impressed with this Hotel. Good location within a short walk of the underground staion, and within 20mins of Boston city centre.Also very close to the Riverside. Service at the hotel was first class and the staff extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and would have no hesitaion in recommending for any visitor to Boston. My wife and family had a wonderful time in Boston, and this was reinforced by the quality and comfort of the hotel and their staff.

“Great value”

Excellent quality, service and value. Easy to use the tube into the city. Well recommended. Easy and cheap to park at the hotel - this is a miracle in Boston!

“Closest hotel if going to JFK Library/Museum.”

Closest hotel if you are going to JFK Library/Museum for research. Close to train station and good free shuttle busses to/from hotel, JFK Library and Logan Airport. Area more removed from tourist attractions - surrounded by industrial and residential suburbs hence reasonable price and easy connection to Boston city via underground or free hotel shuttle bus. Not recommended for romantic holidays, families etc. Location safe but no tourist attractions. Not many restaurants, etc. nearby, but easy to get into Boston instead. Breakfast is self-service sytle shop with reasonable variety and price. Bar drinks expensive. Go to (nearby) supermarket for provisions. Friendly staff and delicious cookies provided on arrival.

“Decent place to stay”

Picked up from airport in 10 minutes ... Quick efficent check-in ... Friendly staff with cookie .... Clean tidy room .... Bathroom maintenance needs to be improved ...maybe it was just our room ... but overall a good hotel . Will definitely stay again

“Reasonably priced hotel”

Decent price and conveniently located for metro. Dining facilities limited and not a lot of choice in neighbourhood. We had to pay for taxi from airport late at night(diff to get) as there was no way to contact hotel from int terminal five. However reception at hotel gave us a free breakfast costing same as taxi. Overall I would use again.
