“Great location and value”

A non-fussy yet completely comfortable hotel in a really good location from which to access the city. Being 3 minutes from the Orange Line on the T couldn't have worked out better coming in from the Airport. The breakfast is a self service style with more than enough to start you off for the day. Bedrooms not luxurious but more than adequate. Great value, would definitely recommend to friends who prefer value and comfort over style!!

“Friendly and central”

This hotel was in a great location close to the subway and plenty of restaurants. Very good for the price. My only quibble would be the use of plastic plates, bowls and cutlery at breakfast - it seems incongruous with the plea for us not to change the sheets everyday.

“excellent location”

first time in boston partners third. quaint hotel could do with some redecoration. beds comfy, bathroom small,but ok.room adequate for our needs out all day everyday. breakfast basic but a bonus cup of tea does me anyway. staff friendly. would go back to boston and probably same hotel.

“Lovely hotel in need of refurbishment”

Lovely hotel and helpful staff. The hotel was very nice and clean but needed refurbishment. The only trouble is that this would push the price up and most hotels are double the cost of this one, well over 200 British pounds. The hotel is conveniently situated just off Copley Square but have to walk past car parks to reach it. The breakfast room is big enought to accommodate more chairs and tables which are desperately needed. The breakfast was good and most Boston Hotels do not include breakfast.
