"Not at all what we were expecting. A beautiful park and location let down by the standard of accommodation and the attitude of members of staff. We thought we were booking a standard UK style static mobile home only to end up with "half a caravan." Upon complaining to members of staff we were told that it was what they call a "hotel room." Upgraded to (nice modern) mobile home, but charged 10 Euro for bedlinnen and they wanted 10 euro per towel also. We refused that. "Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie (insgesamt 4Erwachsene u 4 Kinder) Ende August dort u verbrachten wunderbare 11 Tage. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock und sehr großzügig von den Räumlichkeiten! Die Wohnung war sauber u alles wichtige war vorhanden! Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im großen Pool! The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me.
