"I book superior mountain view room, my view was a factory that was open and noisy 24 hours a day. The view of two large chimney of misty, white smoke was " the mountain view". The four nights i stayed they come to clean the room one time only, not bothering to replace the towels. The hotel does notvhave the pool. It is connecting to nearby aqua park, which is used by a lot of school kids "

"We enjoyed our stay and the views. Nice location and spa/pool area. Would recommend the weekend wine tasting. Breakfast was wonderful. Simon was able to assist with last minute castle restaurant reservation. Staff was cordial."
