The staff did not give us a key to the room, explaining that he didn't have access to one. We chose to leave without checking in because the concierge appeared quite anxious.

THE WORST OF THE WORST HOTEL I HAVER BEEN BE CARFUL "DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL" ITS UNSAFE AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY THREE TIMES WHAT YOU BOOKED THE HOTEL FOR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL YOU COME HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU WONT SLEEP AT NIGHT. DONT FIND OUT WHY.

Great experience being close to the airport. I was able to walk to the airport and it was nice to stop by the food stands available. Front desk staff were friendly and being greeted by the cat was the best part. Will be going again ! Thanks :)

Me gusto que es bastante cerca del aeropuerto, eso es un punto a favor para viajeros en transito... Me pareció terrible que el personal de recepción me hizo esperar un buen rato para darme acceso a la habitación aun cuando tenia reserva y cuando me entregaron la habitación y decido ir al baño el mismo estaba mojado con filtración en una de sus paredes y hongos en la parte del lavamanos.

Nice place to stay, rooms are a bit small. Also, the noise near the reception area is a lot so I would recommend a room away from this area.

Bad thing: They didn't honored the reservation, canceled during the check in the front desk late in the evening, I hadn't received any notice from Expedia. Very disappointed and frustrated after a long trip. Good thing: they found a room at a hotel very close at the same price.

Hotel pequeño y confortable. No bien ubicado.
Pequeño hotel, con habitación pequeñísima, aunque cómoda. Buenas instalaciones de baño. Se descansa muy bien, a pesar de la zona caótica donde se ubica (junto a una calle muy transitada). El desayuno es decente, no abundante ni variado. El personal fue servicial. Se agradece que había café de cortesía para tomar en cualquier momento. El wi-fi es veloz. No muchas opciones de canales de TV.

En general el servicio fue muy deficiente y no se cumplen las expectativas ofrecidas en la reservación. No hubo bebidas de bienvenida, no hubo smart tv (la señal se cayó, me aseguraron que era un problema de la habitación pero no hicieron absolutamente nada para ayudarme, a pesar de llamar a recepción tres veces), la higiene era muy deficiente, las sábanas no se notaban muy limpias y la humedad en el cuarto era penetrante. No lo recomiendo para nada y me arrepiento de haberme quedado allí.

El hotel esta ubicado en un lugar muy feonlas habitaciones eran muy feas no tenian ventilación ni agua caliente, las toallas estabam muy viejas y el cuarto estaba demasiado pequeño de plano la cama estaba pegada a la pared.

Sr. Genaro cordial saludo, su comentario ayuda al mejoramiento de nuestro hotel. Sin embargo no compartimos su comentario debido a que el hotel es lo que se muestra en las reservas que ud no se haya percatado en las fotos que las camas estan pegadas a la pared es otra cosa. las toallas son nuevas se compraron el 1 de febrero de 2021, el agua caliente funciona perfecto quizás usted no la supo usar, lamentamos mucho esto. y recomendamos para una nueva reserva leer y verificar correctamente lo que reserva. buen día.

El valor de la reserva difería el que pacté por la página al que tenían en el hotel, sin embargo ellos mantuvieron la tarifa pactada vías Hoteles.com

Economico pero no muy satisfactorio.
La atención fue perfecta, las paredes estan recubiertas al parecer con pintura antibacterial lo que es un punto a favor, lastimosamente encontramos ebras de pelo en las almohadas, las sabanas no se veian lavadas para nuestra reservación y encontramos un rollo de calcetin al entrar al baño. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas ni rejillas de ventilación, a la hora de dormir es sofocante la concentracion de l co2 propio en el aire interior de la habitación aún así teniendo el ventilador encendido, nos tocaba abrir la puerta para permitir la renovacion del aire.
