We stayed for four nights. On the first day the service that was offered was excellent, but on the next couple of days cleaning services were not provided as expected. Breakfast is included and the taste is excellent, but service can be a little bit better. Location is perfect if you don’t know the town, even though the hotel is next to the train station, the noise is okay. Compared to other hotels in town, this is one of the best options.

Nice place.

Hotel La Estacion is centrally located less than a block away from Creel's main plaza. The chepe wasn't running during my stay so I can't say if it would be extremely noisy while running (as the hotel is extremely close to the train tracks). The amenities were comfortable, beds a medium firmness, very clean, cute rustic bathroom, and ac in the room. The staff was attentive but not overbearing and breakfast was delicious! I think it's a great value for what it offers.

When arrived the room was not available because of rain issues … they moved us to another Hotel but never told us that it was only for 1 night. The other hotel had to pack our belongings the next day since we were not there and took it back to La Estación … lack of communication. The hot breakfast un the morning was good

This place was great. We were initially going to stay for one night and decided to stay for two. The breakfast was amazing and served to order. The air conditioning was cool and refreshing after a long day of sight seeing. Very clean. Shops and food are right outside the hotel. It is centrally located and you can walk to el chepe train station.

Great Cozy Hotel next to El Chepe
Great small cozy hotel locally owned by Don Armando, who is a character! He made us feel at home from the first time we met him. We even got to prepare a quick snack in the kitchen before the Chepe train arrived. Loved the comfort of the rooms, the heating was a plus considering the cold temepratures of Ceel. Centrally located to walking distance to the main street for eating and souvenir shopping. The breakfast was good and as well. Martin the tour guide is incredible!!! Over all loved the place will stay here again and hope Don Armando's new "Hacienda" will be operational to stay at next time.

Charming hotel with fantastic staff
Amazing little hotel with a train station theme and decor. Perfect place to stay in Creel, right next to the main plaza. Beds are comfy, the room had great climate control, super friendly front desk staff ladies that made everything so easy and hassle-free, and the delicious homestyle breakfast was a great way to start the day. The hotel also offers its own tours, which are the best in the city. Martin, the driver, took us to all the must-see spots in the region and the copper canyon adventure park. He is super knowledgeable and accommodating. This is the place to stay in town.

Location was great, close to the train station. Breakfast was yummy. Not any English spoken but we got by in the translator app. Loud music from the plaza until 11pm but it was Valentines Day.

Hotel is too noisy, you can hear everything, front desk lady wants to charge you for everything,even if you already paid for everything, I won't recommended. Stay away from this hotel.

Great hotel if you don't mind the noise
This boutique, comfortable hotel in the heart of Creel, Chihuahua met all of our expectations. The staff is nice and the breakfast was delicious. I have one, major complain though: The noise. We stayed in one of the rooms on the first floor, and we could hear every noise made in the second floor, or when someone climbed the stairs. My advise is, don't get any room in the first floor!

Didn’t honor breakfast that was included. Hotel doesn’t consider guests using morning train in their breakfast schedule even though that is the main theme. Apart from that, hotel is good.

Lo que no me gusto de la propiedad es que afean el frente la cantidad de puestos de comida en la placita. En nuestra opinion, les afecta su frente de la propiedad que es muy bonita y acogedora.

Hôtel rustique mais confortable, eau fourni, petit dejeuner basique, personnel un peu indifférent.Hotel bien situé, près de la gare et de la rue principale. La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur le chemin de fer donc quand le train a passé à 3h30 de la nuit, c'était assez intense comme feeling.Bonne option mais il en existe d'autres à meilleur prix.
