I booked this room for my 80 year old father; when he asked for a plastic chair to be able to shower easily; which the hotel never brought. Even after calling back to Reception, the lady answered in a polite but dismissive way. Promised to send the chair, the chair never came nor a follow up call with an explanation Next time, will never book in AC Hotel Veracruz

Me encanto. Excelente servicio, las habitaciones son super lindas, cómodas y espaciosas. Lo único es que el precio del desayuno es muy alto y no tienen variedad.

Overall a very disappointing experience
This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here & it’s progressive gotten worse each time. It’s hard to believe that after opening in 2018 it’s in such poor condition & not well maintained. We stayed in a jr ocean view suite & there were water damage stains on the walls, the windows were filthy, paint splatter all over the room, cracked windows & the sliding glass door of the balcony was broken. The condition of the inside pool is terrible w/ broken tile, the tvs removed & bar closed. The outside pool was closed & in similar conditions. The overall customer service is very disappointing. Although they are “nice” they don’t offer any help or compensation when rooms are not ready in time or there are other inconveniences. I expect more from Marriott & a 4 star hotel. This is definitely the last time we will stay here because it’s definitely not worth the price.

Had a family emergency and both Expedia and I tried to contact the property to discuss as it related to the reservation. Hotel avoided responding to both Expedia and I in order to charge me for a room that we could not use due to a hospitalization. No courtesy in even discussing the situation. Very disappointed that this property could treat guests like this and hold onto the Marriott name

Servise horrible..didn’t clean the room in 4 different occasions.. change rooms at 2 am because no electricity.new room was liking water From the room above us front desk didn’t want change rooms (didn’t have any more rooms) this was going on for 3 day till we left terrible customer service
