Inexpensive location to visit Bilbao. Transportation is a 20 min bus ride to downtown. Staff were helpful with directions and special requests. The room was tired and not well cleaned. Furniture was scuffed, fridge did not work and dust was on all the trim.

Staff is rude and hotel is outdated. Breakfast is terrible (mosquitos everywhere) and the location is not good.

Nice hotel between the airport and town centre
I was staying for two days before a conference and the city centre hotels were either full or expensive at the weekend. This was excellent value with a nice simple breakfast. Bar with snacks but no dinner and not many places around to eat. I had thought I would catch the train into town but it is only an infrequent branch line. Luckily there is a frequent bus service that takes about 15 min to the centre.

The place is older, but it has it's charm. The employees were super friendly and that was a plus after going throughout a lot of Spain and not feeling that. Wish we would have had more time in Bilbao, everyone we ran into was very nice. For the price, the stay was great. Simple, but very comfortable. We would stay again!

We paid for a triple room which had three towing beds. We were made to pay for a third person . Parking was supposed to be on-site , however it was full , and we were told to find our own parking . The ac did not work and the carpets were filthy and stained . The staff was rude and unhelpful.

We are sorry that your stay was not entirely pleasant, tell you, on the subject of parking, it is public and there were many possibilities to park next to the hotel, one of them behind it, another two streets in front and next to the hotel To remind you that on these dates there was a BBK music festival for which many people traveled, which meant that the parking spaces were in constant use, as it is public, we cannot guarantee it, but we can say that there is enough for everyone, for the rest tell him that we will take note and try to improve as much as possible, the issue of the carpet, it is reviewed and cleaned daily, there are certain stains that originate from the lack of respect for the rules, such as not uploading food or certain drinks that can cause certain inconveniences to other guests as may have been the case, however we will continue to improve on it. Nice hotel with superb staff
Great hotel, very clean and cozy room. Good location with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Super nice staff who were very helpful, definitely recommend this place!

No parking available for vans. They sent me to a private parking few blocks away. It was raining, we got wet everytime we need to pickn up or drop the car. Breakfast available bit overprice for what it is.

Buen alojamineto a las afueras de Bilbao. Precio mucho más bajo que en el centro de la ciudad y acceso rápido a autovía para moverte por la zona. El personal del hotel muy amable y hay parking gratuito. Cafetería abierta para pedir café aunque no tengas contratado desayuno. El minibar solo funcionaba cuando estabas en la habitación. Algo lioso el acceso desde autovía si no conoces la zona

Hotel comodo da raggiungere in auto ed in 10 minuti si è in centro città. Nota negativa: siamo arrivati intorno alle 22 ed il parcheggio privato era esaurito, per cui abbiamo dovuto trovare un parcheggio nelle strade adiacenti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono, come anche la pulizia della stanza (anche se la moquette forse è un po' superata...). La colazione a buffet gradevole, ma niente di entusiasmante.

A staff in the hotel was not friendly or hard to communicate. There was a bug in the room and room condition was too old.

Het is meer een doorreis hotel, ligging buiten centrum,verlaten stuk, niks te doen. Staat van kamer was oud. Wel goede koffie aan de bar en vriendelijk personeel.
