Owners are super friendly. Room was clean and received daily service, which I wasn't expecting. It's always nice to come back to a made bed, empty trash and clean towels. Was on the 1st floor and had upstairs neighbors that were heavy footed. Street noise was not heard. Parking is a bit tight but was able to get a spot close to my room. Would stay at this property again.

Hidden Gem in Big Spring
So, we stayed at this motel, and let me tell you, it was really nice and clean! The beds were super comfy, and the hot shower was just what we needed. Plus, the best part is that it's affordable, and they have a small parking area that's well-lit at night. We felt safe and it was so quiet, no problems at all. The price we paid for we didn’t expected to be Marriott style. It is very well maintained. Compared to other smaller motels in town, it was definitely one of the cleanest. Highly recommend it! 🏨😄

Pleasantly Surprised by this place
This is nice and clean place. Very comfy bed and clean bedsheets. Nice and hot shower. We were pleasantly surprised by this little clean place. Far better than other smaller motels in this town. It is reasonably priced and nicely maintained. It was quiet and safe nothing to worry about. We will definitely be back!

Quiet Clean Comfortable Place!
This is small hotel is very clean and comfortable. We came for early Christmas get together and we found this hotel and booked it. Room was clean great hot shower water pressure. It is safe and quiet. Very well maintained and lit at night. Staff super friendly and was quick check in. Nice comfortable bed and clean. We definitely be staying here on New Year’s Eve. Everything was great and it is affordable.

Very nice and clean little property. Super comfy beds very friendly and kind staff. It was quiet and safe. We didn’t had any problems. They have small parking but it is easily manageable. It is very impressive to see this little hotel to be nice and clean. They know what to give it to their customers. Thank You Knights Inn we will definitely be back.

Nice, large room and bathroom, but soap and shampoo dispensers empty. "Breakfast" was coffee, juices, very cheap muffins. Location surrounded by junk, overgrown "yards". Worse than a motel 6.

Upon checking, there was soap and shampoo and if you find any difficulty in using it you can always ask our staff they are there to help you. Clean and fresh remodel —-bed cover stained Nearby Parking not easy with pickup trucks filling the main area, had to squeeze out, hardly able to open car door 11pm arrival —-location —-people are not personable-behind a small window/registration —price point made it all tolerable

When I booked the room, it said it was two queen beds. When we got in the room, it was two full-size beds. They were both pretty hard and uncomfortable.

Best Kept Secret in Big Spring!
This small property was well maintained and the rooms were clean. They definitely have small parking but it is very well lit Had a very nice stay here! Staff is friendly, and very helpful. Comfortable beds and enjoyed the hot shower I’ll definitely be back.

Very clean room Quiet property. Friendly and kind staff. Affordable.They got small parking which is very well lit and staff always helpful even in parking your vehicle. We didn’t had any problem with this place. We have our guys staying here i came to see job site. We all love staying here. I travel a lot and stayed with all different hotels/motels. This place is a little gem. and I recommend this place to everyone

Parking was limited and tight. The room was clean but the bed sheet was stained and appeared to not be fresh. The "breakfast included" was barely continental, with cold cereal and a muffin.

Thank you for the feedback. You may have overlooked on breakfast as we do have other items as well. Our parking is small and upon checking you got your parking spot with no issues. We do wash linens every single day and it is fresh and clean. Hope we have cleared your misconception and wish to see you on your next trip to Big Spring.

We are sorry, but you were staying with us since 3 weeks in our room with extra space without any issue and then all of sudden you wanted to move to our standard room which cost little lesser than our large room so this does not make any change in our staff's behavior or need any improvement as we put guests’ experience and satisfaction as our priority, . This place was perfect for an overnight quick stay, good bed and good shower, hot coffee in the morning, really great host! Area a little sketch, but had no issues. Parking lot well lit.

Very basic & somewhat dingy. No cable tv & very few stations, nothing on the walls, no drinking glasses or coffee/tea maker. Reception person was friendly & professional.
