Ideal for couples or friends, this holiday home offers a relaxing retreat and offers contemporary accommodation with the added luxury of a new hot tub! The through length lounge with French doors leading out into the enclosed garden is a large bright and airy room. The sofas surround a large wall mounted flatscreen TV and offer the perfect place to relax on an evening. The dining area sits opposite the entrance to the kitchen and provides a sociable space to enjoy delicious home cooked meals. The modern kitchen has plenty of work top space and is a lovely area to prepare refreshments throughout the day. Through the kitchen is a utility room and a separate bike/surfboard storage area. To the first floor are two neatly presented bedrooms decorated in neutral tones and matching soft furnishings; both rooms offer a relaxing ambience. The complete the accommodation is the house bathroom with both bath and shower options and a separate toilet. To the rear of the property, you will find a large, enclosed garden that offers both a patio area as well as a neatly trimmed lawn. Nestled into the corner is a hot tub which will catch the sun for most of the day – just perfect for a few hours’ relaxation after a long day at Beverley Races or an afternoon enjoying the sea breeze on the East Yorkshire coast. A holiday in Beverley is certainly worth your time, it offers a plethora of shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs; it is certainly a bustling market town. The bus and train station are also within walking distance providing easy access to York and beyond. Beverley Racecourse and Westwood, an expanse of open pasture, woodland and even a golf course are on the doorstep to enjoy. The East Coast seaside towns of Hornsea, Bridlington and Scarborough are all within a short distance, complimenting this home-away-from-home for you and your loved ones.

A clean, quiet, comfortable property, within easy walking distance of the train station. I only spent evenings and nights there, leaving early in the morning each day, to work in Hull and returning at dinner time. Loads of nice places to eat in the town centre. The TV in the living room did not work properly, but the one in the bedroom was fine.
